Position Overview Team/Bereich
The Online Tribe at Deutsche Bank Private Bank Germany is responsible for the digital customer access channels and services offered by Deutsche Bank and Postbank. The Tribe’s application portfolio consists of modern cloud-driven Online Banking & Brokerage customer services, administration frontends used by internal employees as well as further customer-oriented innovative solutions. We work in an agile environment, with a focus on customer centricity and outstanding user experience, and with high reusability and flexibility of technical solutions in mind. Our fundamental is that the highest application availability, scalability, technology- and security standards are a must. Tasks/Aufgabenbeschreibung
- As Site Reliability Engineer you contribute to the overarching implementation and operation of Deutsche Bank’s Online Banking platform in the Google Cloud, with hands-on support of the Investments feature squads, based on the paradigm "you built it you run it" with focus on various digital investments processes.
- Utilize your experience, technical knowledge and DevOps mindset in driving platform optimization and preventive measures.
- Through Automation, CI/CD and application monitoring, ensure scaleability, availability and performance of the application.
- Prevent problems proactively through countinous monitoring of overall system health, and identify portential weak points of the architecture and infrastructure. Actively support incident analysis in case of any production irregularities through investigating possible root causes and suggesting solutions
- Through collboration with the squad’s Product Owner and engineers help to identifiy the priority measures, define SLIs & SLOs, and ceate effective strategies for maintaining and improving system performance and availability.
- Support Release deployments and iteratively enhance current deplyoment procedures and pipelines.
- Act as a multiplicator for Site Reliability Engineering and Cloud-Knowhow in the SRE chapter, setting best pracices.
- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with applications run cloud ecosystems such as Google Cloud as well as with Docker / Kubernetes in combination with with GKE or similar technology, automation and CI/CD, Terraform/Terragrunt, Terraform Enterprise, Ansible and Github.
- Advandced experience in monitoring for instance with OpsGenie, New Relic, DataDog, Splunk, Google Operations-Suite.
- Very good knowledge of security standards (e.g.: TLS, OAuth2, KMS, Vault, Admission Controllers, let's encrypt), microservice architectures and experience with API Management with Apigee or WSO2.
- Experience in software development in JAVA and/or JavaScript und in using tools such as TeamCity, BitBucket, Artifactory, SonarQube, VeraCode, Crucible, JIRA, Confluence or Service Now.
- Proactive attitude and collaborative Team player mindset paired with self confidence.
- Not loosing your cool and keep your eye for details even in stressful situations where time matters.
- Having a creative approach towards solving technical problems.

- Administración servicios comunicaciones en entornos CLOUD. Soporte y evolución de los servicios de comunicaciones y seguridad dentro de las regiones Cloud donde MAPFRE dispone de servicios.
- Administración Backbone SD-WAN (HERMES): Como miembro del equipo compartirás tareas de administración y soporte al Backbone que interconecta los Datacenters de MAPFRE y las landing zone Cloud en AWS, Azure, GCP y OCI. La operación implica servicio de guardias por turnos y cambios en producción fuera de horario laboral.
- Interlocución técnica: Mantendrás una comunicación técnica fluida con los equipos implicados en los proyectos, garantizando la alineación técnica y la correcta implementación de las soluciones propuestas.
- Titulación en Informática/Telecomunicaciones o equivalente.
- Nivel B2 de inglés.
- Más de 5 años en funciones similares en grandes organizaciones.

Key job responsibilities

The role of a Cloud Field Engineering Manager at Canonical
The Field Engineering team is our team of cloud solutions architects at Canonical, working directly with our customers, designing private and public cloud solutions fitting their workload needs. The portfolio of products includes on-premise cloud solutions such as Openstack, MicroCloud and Ceph, and solutions that could be deployed either on-premises or in public clouds such as Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Spark, PostgreSQL, etc. The team works hands-on with the technologies by deploying, testing and handing over the solution to our support or managed services team at the end of a project. Managers and team members also take part in presales conversations to provide technical advice during the sales process.
A Cloud Field Engineering Manager is responsible for line management and career guidance. Responsabilidades
Desarrollo de modelos de Inteligencia Artificial y tratamiento de datos masivos (Big Data) en el entorno de salud.
Procedimientos de prueba e integración de software y hardware.
Administración, mantenimiento y actualización del software y gestión de los servidores corporativos.
Soporte técnico de todos los productos de programas de sistemas.
Servicios de instalación, mantenimiento y monitorización del programa, incluyendo frontend, backend, API y base de datos.
Definición, administración y operación del sistema de copias de seguridad, procedimientos de seguridad, incluida la supervisión de la integración de la librería, además de la definición y el cumplimiento de los requisitos de alamacenamiento.
Requisitos
Grado Universitario en Ingeniería
Se valorará:
Experiencia en el sector sanitario.
Experiencia en sistemas de Inteligencia Artificial y Aprendizaje Automático.
Experiencia en programación (preferencia Python) y implementación de frontends/backends/API.
Formación y experiencia en la administración de sistemas y entornos Linux.
Formación y experiencia en la administración de redes de comunicaciones.
Conjuntos en la gestión de sistemas e infraestructuras.
Configuración de virtualización de servidores (KVM, VMWare) y contenidos (Dockers / Kubernetes)
Conceptos básicos de datos: Oracle y MongoDB
Conocimientos de arquitecturas basadas en la nube.
Catalán e inglés.
Certificación (o conocimientos) en ITIL y Fundación Prince2.
Se ofrece:
Vinculación laboral mediante un contrato de actividades científico-técnicas, de duración indefinida, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en el artículo 23-bis de la ley 17/2022, de 5 de septiembre, por la que modifica la ley 14/2011, de 1 de junio, de la Ciencia, la Tecnología y la Innovación viculada a un proyecto de investigación en el área de Nefrologia. Se vinculará al grupo de Nefrología Clinica, Intervencionista y Computacional del Institut d'Investigació i Innovació Parc Taulí (I3PT)
