We are looking to staff a small, internal team for the development, integration and operation of new services to support mobile planning processes. Three projects are currently underway in this area, namely PreHCM NewMobile, FNP Cockpit and freiHEIGHT, in which IT solution designs have already been created and requirements specified, which are now to be implemented.

• PreHCM NewMobile is the replacement of an existing, monolithic application in which parameter registrations for mobile radio sites at the Federal Network Agency were previously coordinated by e-mail and are now to run automatically via M2M interfaces.
• FNP Cockpit is currently a PowerBI solution whose current architecture and data provision are problematic and is therefore to be completely rewritten in a service-orientated way to fit better into the environment.
• FreiHEIGHT is currently a Matlab application that helps to analyse security reserves at mobile radio sites. This is also to be completely rewritten in a service-orientated way and integrated into the processes.

Tasks description:

• Developing/improving software for complex products and services throughout the entire development process (life cycle).
• Clarifying requirements; devising concepts and general specifications for modifying software for complex products and services.
• Carrying out the relevant programming work (coding).
• Preparing and maintaining software documentation.
• Designing and defining system tests and test automation.
• Installing and configuring the software for complex products and services.
• Supporting team members during the fault analysis and up until fault clearance.
• Providing technical last-level support also to other teams for the systems and services managed.

Qualifications

Skills requirements:

Developer/SW Engineer with a background in data analysis:

• Very good knowledge of Python.
• Very good knowledge in the development of web services / (REST) API design.
• Experience with databases and ORMs.
• Proficiency in Git.
• Basic knowledge of Docker.
• Basic knowledge of Elastic Search.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have skills for the developer with a background in data analysis

• Good knowledge of PowerBI.

En Sener Aeroespacial y Defensa deseamos incorporar en nuestro equipo a un/a Ingeniero/a para el desarrollo de arquitecturas de antenas activas, en nuestro centro de trabajo de Santander y/o Tres Cantos (Madrid). La persona formará parte de un equipo de ingeniería dedicado al diseño e implementación de sistemas, teniendo responsabilidad en el ciclo de vida del proyecto.

Sobre el puesto

La unidad en la que se enmarca la posición ofertada, BBVA Research, tiene como tareas el seguimiento de la coyuntura y la elaboración de las previsiones económicas para España y sus comunidades autónomas; la cuantificación del impacto que pueda tener el cambio en el escenario global sobre la economía española; el seguimiento de las políticas monetarias y fiscales que ayudan a conformar una visión de la evolución de la demanda interna; y la traslación del análisis a nivel sectorial, con particular atención al consumo de los hogares, la inversión en vivienda o el sector externo.

Además, en conjunto con la unidad de Big Data, la unidad realiza un seguimiento en tiempo real de la economía, utilizando los datos disponibles en BBVA.

En este marco, las responsabilidades de la persona serían de participación y apoyo, formándose a la vez, en todas aquellas tareas y objetivos de la unidad, pero más en particular:

• Seguimiento de indicadores macroeconómicos en España.
• Participación en proyectos de análisis económico más específicos relacionados con las tendencias a corto y largo plazo de determinadas variables económicas (fiscales, monetarias, comerciales, de mercado de trabajo, etc).

Estamos buscando personas con formación económica (máster en Economía o relacionado) que estén empezando su carrera profesional. Con conocimientos de econometría a nivel máster (o estudiando), familiaridad en el manejo de bases de datos y conocimiento de lenguajes de programación o paquetes econométricos (Python, R, Matlab, Stata, Rats), aparte de buen manejo a nivel avanzado de Office.
