SailPoint is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated Digital Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics. Using your experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) opportunity creation & sales, you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts. In this role, you will be linked with a team of field sales counterparts (Outside Account Executive, SEs, Channel Partners, etc.) helping to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts. 

The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with effective communication skills, very well organized, a knack for persuasion, and a deep understanding of digital sales techniques. 

This role be working with our customers across Switzerland, therefore we are looking for a candidate who is fluent in both French and German.

The Path to Success

Our most successful DSR’s achieve these milestones to achieve early productivity & success. Within the first month your goals will include:

• Complete Getting started Checklist, including Pre/Post Revenue Onboarding Coursework, attending HR onboarding Sessions, Access Identity University, and complete role specific suggested courses.
• Familiarize yourself with the High-level Function Org Chart; a high-level understanding of our main 5 business functions and the teams that compose them.
• Complete Challenger Sales Training
• Make use of all video collateral to augment onboarding training.
• Learn the SailPoint pitch.

• Meet the team – Digital Sales, your AE’s, Marketing, Channel, Sales Leadership. (Schedule intro meetings with key stakeholders as identified by your manager)
• Meet your buddy and set up Bi-weekly meetings & 1 to 1’s with your manager.
• Listen in and shadow your first discovery call.
• Ensure access to and familiarity with all tools in your digital tech stack.
• Walk your manager through prospecting efforts with LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo. Demonstrate knowledge in how to uncover corporate insights and persona-based imperatives.
• Demonstrate how to sequence prospects, both outbound and inbound, effectively action all leads within time bound SLAs, and convert to opportunities within Salesforce.
  
  

By the time you have been with SailPoint for 3 months you will have:

• Completed Challenger Sales Training & Introduction to Commercial Insights.
• Completed Revenue Onboarding. 
• Completed mock discovery call and refined SailPoint Pitch.
• Commenced the development plan process by reviewing the "Building a Plan" Guru Card.
• Created a development plan for yourself and reviewed with your manager for alignment.

• Delivered against yearly target for funnel and pipeline.

What You’ll Need🤝

• Proven experience leading or mentoring data engineering teams.

What You Will Do

The Nanonetworking Center in Catalunya (N3Cat) at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) seeks one bright and motivated postdoctoral researcher in the areas of computer architecture, interconnects, and AI to help us shape the future research lines of our research group as the leader of the CHIPS group at N3Cat. Hence, we are interested in high-calibre profiles that aspire to become group leaders and be the principal investigator of their own projects in the short term. The work for this position will be done in the framework of highly competitive and prestigious projects from the European Research Council (ERC Starting Grant), the European Innovation Council (EIC Pathfinder), and the Spanish Government which envision a revolution in computer architecture enabled by unconventional approaches, namely in-memory computing, quantum computing, and wireless interconnects.

Scope

N3Cat offers a three year contract, to be renewed yearly, to one highly qualified and motivated postdoctoral researcher to work on the area of next-generation computer engineering and architecture. The candidate applying to this particular offer would be working in several tasks, including:

• Modeling of new emerging technologies such as nanomaterial-based devices, on-chip RF transceivers, or in-memory computing tiles.
• Development of novel protocols and architectures for unconventional computing systems including in-memory computing, hybrid classical-quantum systems, or AI accelerators.
• Development of system-level simulations for computer architectures with unconventional interconnects, hardware approaches, and workloads.
• Contribution to the definition of new research lines to follow at the CHIPS research group in N3Cat.
• Leadership in the execution of on-going projects at the CHIPS research group in N3Cat.
• Leadership efforts to recruit new students for the CHIPS research group in N3Cat.
• Mentorship of his/her own undergraduate and graduate students.

Work environment and conditions

The position is fully funded for three years, renewed yearly, but with the view to extend indefinitely based on new projects that will be secured. Your office will be located at UPC Campus Nord in Barcelona. The applicant will be able to collaborate with groups from the US, Germany, or Switzerland, to name a few, through common projects and new proposals. A postdoctoral research stay in such places is not mandatory, but encouraged.

The following list is part of the employment package:

• Salary around 42K€ gross per year, which is the highest base salary for a postdoctoral researcher at the institution and a very competitive salary in the Spanish research ecosystem.
• Potential for salary improvements depending on the projects secured.
• Support for the writing and submission of grants, both personal (MSCA, ERC) and collective (EIC, others)
• Thirty (30) natural days of holidays plus standard bank holidays (all paid)

• Experiencia demostrada en ventas de tecnología médica, software o dispositivos a proveedores de salud, distribuidores o farmacéuticas

Location

We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based remotely in Madrid/Spain. You’ll travel regularly - either to meet clinicians around Spain or to collaborate with our team in Stockholm.

Job Description

From the initial planning phase to the treatment of the patient, the Brainlab solutions in the field of oncology allow clinical personnel to deliver faster and more precise treatments. Our radiosurgery systems, such as Novalis powered by Truebeam, are able to deliver non-invasive treatments in just a few minutes and can treat cancerous or non-cancerous tumors anywhere in the body. Thanks to their unique technology which adapts the shape of the beam to match the form of the tumor, Brainlab technologies provides physicians with the certainty that the most appropriate dose is dispensed to the patient while protecting the healthy cellular tissue.

To help our customers in the field of radiotherapy and radiosurgery, Brainlab is looking for a home office based field service engineer in Madrid.

As a Support Specialist RT your main task will include:

• to install the radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for the customers in your region and in Spain, partly also in Portugal and other countries in Europe
• to provide after-sales service for our radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems, including diagnosis tasks as well as service, maintenance and repairs
• to act as the technical Brainlab face to the customer by communicating efficiently with the clients, understanding any problems which arise and responding in the most appropriate manner
• to conduct routine calibrations as well as preventive maintenance services
• to make our customers - e.g. physicist Team - familiar with Brainlab products; further customer training is then performed by a dedicated trainer team
• to provide full service satisfaction to clients
  
  

Qualifications

• You have a Master degree or equivalent in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering or Medical Physics.
• You have a very good knowledge in the field of informatics as well as experience in diagnosing issues in IT infrastructure and networking topics
• Your good knowledge of linear accelerators is also an advantage for this position
• Prior experience in service/maintenance in the field of robotics and/or electro mechanics
• Proficiency of English and Spanish both written and spoken are a necessity to be successful in this position
• Excellent social, team-work and self-management skills
• You are highly flexibility and would be willing to travel around 80% of the time for your position
