¿En qué consiste el puesto?

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a para dar soporte en la gestión de mantenimiento de instalaciones en Madrid.

Las funciones que realizará son las siguientes:

1. Dar soporte en la planificación del servicio, planificando los trabajos a realizar y resolviendo las incidencias que puedan surgir durante la ejecución.
2. Elaborar los informes internos o externos sobre la evolución del servicio establecidos por la compañía o solicitados por el cliente.
3. Atender y dar respuesta a las necesidades, solicitudes o incidencias demandadas por su cliente para garantizar tanto la satisfacción del cliente como el cumplimiento del contrato.
4. Implantar y revisar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos internos en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, Calidad, Medio Ambiente y Energía.
5. Proponer y planificar la contratación, gestión y formación de todos los empleados a su cargo, revisando o reportando las incidencias de nómina cuando sea preciso.
6. Dar apoyo a su superior durante el pre-cierre económico mensual, proporcionando información relevante que deba tener en cuenta para el análisis de las desviaciones y la toma de decisiones.
7. Proponer soluciones y mejoras a nivel técnico, operativo y económico que contribuyan a mejorar la eficiencia del contrato.
8. Realizar las compras descentralizadas de su ámbito de gestión o participar en el proceso, solicitando ofertas a proveedores, identificando que los materiales cumplen con las necesidades, proponiendo la mejor oferta y revisando los pedidos y facturas correspondientes de acuerdo con los procedimientos y herramientas informáticas corporativos.
9. Elaborar ofertas/estudios para contribuir en la adjudicación de nuevos servicios de mantenimiento de instalaciones y obras.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Estudios Universitarios: Graduada/graduado Ingeniería Industrial, Arquitectura o similar
• Valorable Conocimientos en AutoCad, Presto, Paquete Office y Project.
• Inglés: nivel medio alto.
• Experiencia de un año en la gestión de servicios de mantenimiento
• Perfil con orientación a resultados, orientación al cliente, organización y planificación y colaboración

We are currently looking for an Investment Management Oversight Manager to support our growing operations in the Investment Management Oversight department.

Job Specification:

• The candidate will take an active role in a team maintaining and performing the entire due diligence process on the delegated investment management activities:
• Manage and develop the oversight of delegated investment management activities in accordance with the requirements of CSSF Circular 18/698
• Conduct initial, on-going and thematic due diligence on both UCITS and alternative investment fund managers
• Establish new and maintain procedures, work instructions and workflows
• Establish new and maintain SLAs with delegated investment managers or advisors
• Establish new and maintain scorecards applying a risk-based approach
• Ensure all requirements are adhered to and findings are escalated in a timely manner
• Resolve issues with regards to the delegated investment management activities of the funds
• Maintain operational dashboards
• Perform regular fund performance reviews
• Review processes, policies, instructions and procedures of delegated investment managers and advisors
  
  

Skills Required:

• Degree in Finance or Economics - certification such as CFA or CAIA would be an asset
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, German will be considered as an advantage
• Proven MS Office skills, especially Excel

¿En qué consiste el puesto?

Buscamos una/un profesional senior para liderar el área de Contabilidad. La persona seleccionada tendrá la misión de coordinar y supervisar la contabilidad de la compañía, definiendo los procesos y procedimientos contables, participando en el diseño de las herramientas de gestión contable y colaborando en proyectos de mejora dentro del área de Contabilidad.

Las funciones a desarrollar son:

-Gestión y supervisión contable

• Coordinar y supervisar el equipo de contabilidad.
• Garantizar la correcta contabilización de todas las operaciones.
• Controlar los procesos de cierre contable mensual, trimestral y anual.
• Supervisar los procesos de integración de UTEs

-Cumplimiento normativo y fiscal

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa contable y fiscal vigente.
• Mantener actualizados los procedimientos según cambios legislativos.

-Elaboración de estados financieros y Cuentas Anuales

• Preparar balances, cuentas de resultados y otros informes financieros.
• Elaborar Cuentas Anuales.
• Colaborar en la elaboración de informes para auditorías internas y externas.

-Registro de Operaciones societarias

• Registrar compraventas de sociedades
• Supervisar el registro de cesiones contratos.
• Registrar operaciones de fusiones y escisiones societarias

-Control interno y auditoría

• Implementar y supervisar controles internos para garantizar la fiabilidad de la información financiera.
• Coordinar auditorías externas y gestionar requerimientos de información.

-Optimización de procesos

• Proponer e impulsar mejoras en procesos, sistemas contables y herramientas tecnológicas.

-Relación con otras áreas

• Colaborar con el resto del departamento financiero, de Recursos Humanos, Legal y otras áreas de la Organización
• Apoyar a la dirección en la toma de decisiones estratégicas mediante información contable fiable.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Formación: Licenciatura o Grado en ADE, Económicas o similar
• Formación complementaria: Valorable Master en finanzas o similar
• Conocimientos: Office 365, Microsoft Excel avanzado, ERP SAP S4
• Idiomas: Nivel B2 de Inglés.
• Experiencia: Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en auditoría en una Big Four o haber desarrollado una posición similar en empresa final.
• Habilidades: desarrollo y gestión de equipos, planificación y organización, comunicación e influencia, análisis y toma de decisiones, proactividad, orientación al detalle.

• Plan and run sales events—from roadshows and customer visits to team travel and offsites—ensuring tight logistics, clear schedules, and smooth execution.

El Puesto

El Formador Técnico de Postventa en Astara Retail, desempeña un papel fundamental en la definición de los planes de formación de los equipos técnicos de las redes de las marcas distribuidas en España, impartición de los cursos técnicos de cada marca en el centro de formación Astara, e interlocución con el fabricante de cada marca para la formación técnica de cada modelo.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

• Interactuar con el equipo de servicio técnico para definir los planes de necesidades y programas de formación de la red.
• Asistir a los TTT de formación de cada marca, documentación y herramientas necesarias para cada curso.
• Desarrollar los contenidos de cada curso, traducciones, manuales y medios necesarios para la impartición de cada curso.
• Controlar los recursos disponibles en la escuela de formación así como definir necesidades de medios adicionales.
• Colaboración activa con posibles proveedores de formación para impartición adicional de cursos técnicos.
• Administrar la información de asistentes y cursos realizados de toda la red de talleres de cada marca.
• Desarrollar y apoyar posibles lineas de formación digital en todas sus posibles modalidades.
• Establecer presupuestos, y planes de necesidades para el buen funcionamiento de la escuela de formación Astara
  
  

Requisitos

• Grado en Ingeniería, Grado Medio en Automoción o estudios similares.
• Al menos 2-3 años de experiencia en sector automoción, un fabricante o talleres de marca, o en escuelas de formación.
• Inglés nivel avanzado
• Habilidades en la preparación e impartición de cursos presenciales como cursos online
• Alta capacidad para Trabajar en Equipo.
• Disponibilidad para viajar, especialmente fuera de España
• Manejo de información a través de herramientas de cálculo, y manejo elevado del paquete OFFICE. Valorable SAP, SALESFORCE.
• Habilidades en gestión de datos, generación de hojas de cálculo, administración y su análisis para toma de decisiones.
