This is more than a traditional HR role, you’ll be a strategic partner to our hotel leadership teams, providing both operational and consultative HR support. You'll work closely with General Managers, Heads of Department, HR colleagues, and key stakeholders to build capability, drive performance, and support the growth and engagement of our teams across Spain.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as a key advisor and HR lead for Radisson Hotel Group in Spain.
- Drive the people agenda in line with business objectives, supporting General Managers and hotel leadership teams.
- Partner with People Managers to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Coach and equip managers to deliver value-driven leadership aligned with our culture and values.
- Ensure all areas of the employee life cycle are managed in line with company policy and local legislation.
- Lead HR processes including performance management, succession planning, team engagement, learning & development and reward.
- Oversee and resolve employee relations matters in compliance with Spanish labour law, ensuring minimal risk and cost to the business.
- Represent the business in discussions with employee representatives and/or trade unions as required.
- Supervise and develop HR team members such as HR Coordinators or Payroll support, where applicable.
- Collaborate with hotel and regional leadership to support organisational change and business growth.
- Ensure hotels are audit-ready and compliant with all internal policies and local laws.
- Actively contribute to regional HR projects and initiatives.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally as a Business Partner or HR Manager, supporting multi-site teams.
- Deep understanding of Spanish employment law and employee relations frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to support and influence senior leaders and operational teams.
- Strong commercial mindset – able to balance business needs with people priorities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Confident in using HRIS systems; experience with Workday is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
- Self-driven, collaborative and adaptable – you’re just as comfortable in a hotel lobby as you are in a boardroom.

Role: EMEA People Partner

About The Role
The EMEA People Partner will continually challenge the status quo to ensure that we are the best People team in the business! You will provide a comprehensive, proactive, and efficient HR service by providing information, guidance and coaching to employees and managers across all employment-related matters, in support of the HR and business strategy, working across all brands within the Inside Ideas Group. This role will be a hybrid role, with regular travel to the Spain office. Working alongside the People Partners, you will support the roll-out of key People initiatives to help deliver the OLIVER HR People strategy. This role will be supporting our onsite teams, varied, fast-paced, and requires someone who can think on their feet, be proactive, agile and hungry to learn and succeed. Some travel to other countries may be required.
What You Will Be Doing
The team's activities are varied, and you will need to be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get involved in everything from HR generalist activities and work in partnership with our Centers of Excellence (Talent, People Operations, Reward and Benefits and Learning and Development). The main day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Be the dedicated regional point of contact for employees and managers across OLIVER Agency within South Europe, and be responsible for other countries like: Portugal, Greece, Italy & Panama (this list can change)
- Support and advise your stakeholders on people issues, ensuring they understand the impact of these on both the individual and the business.
- Monitor our monthly Peakon employee feedback and work closely with your stakeholders to drive engagement, development, and support.
- Build and maintain an excellent knowledge of employees, objectives, and business processes.
- Coaching and supporting managers on staffing issues in the areas of performance management, sickness, absence, grievances, probationary reviews, TUPE process and capability of escalating to the Head of EMEA as appropriate.
- Plan and execute all change management elements of restructuring, redundancy, and cost saving initiatives.
- Support the bi-annual salary review process.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of Spanish employment law, and other EMEA jurisdictions, to ensure advice given is current and accurate, working in partnership with our local experts/legal teams as required.
- Actively identify gaps, propose, and implement changes to process and procedure to ensure we continually deliver a great employee experience.
- Support the HR team with any ad-hoc projects or assignments for other countries as well.
- Ensuring 100% compliance around core HR processes e.g. right to work checks.
- Ensuring all staff changes are captured accurately and on time and updated within the HRIS system and payroll process e.g. new joiners/leavers, maternity leave, promotions etc. and ensuring data is kept up to date and accurate.
- Interpret metrics and data and draw insights to support line management in making robust people and business decisions.
- Liaising with Payroll for all new starters, variances, and leavers. 100% accuracy is key.
- Leads research and analysis used to develop corporate sustainability strategies to ensure that business practices and services are environmentally friendly and compliant with local government rules and regulations.
- Promotes and explains OLIVER's sustainability philosophy to internal and external audiences.
- You’re a smart, proactive and astute individual keen to develop an HR career in a fast-paced, high-volume, busy environment.
