We don’t have layers. You’ll work directly with the founders, shape the product, and set the design language for everything users see.

This is a hybrid Product Designer / Product Manager role. There will be weeks where you design full-time; others where you’re drafting changelogs, running user interviews, or refining product docs. We’re looking for someone who likes switching hats within the Product Designing scope.

This is not a “design task receiver” role. It’s a “give shape to the product” role.

• Lead UX/UI for workflow-heavy SaaS features
• Build high-fidelity prototypes and interaction logic
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ship fast
• Create consistent visual & interaction systems
• Run lightweight usability tests

• Create and maintain product documentation
• Produce demo videos for feature rollouts
• Own the product changelog + user-facing updates
• Run user interviews to inform design & roadmap
• Work with founders to scope and prioritise features

• Senior-ish product designer with SaaS depth
• Strong interaction and system design thinking
• Can write clearly, structure ideas, and explain them
• Comfortable operating without layers or micromanagement
• Likes switching between design and product work
• Based in Madrid (or able to be here regularly)

• Experience in AI/automation/data-heavy products
• Portfolio showing strong visual and UX range
• Has run user interviews before
