Job specification
In your first few weeks in this Fund Administrator role, you can expect to:
- Manage the daily administration activities of corporate entities in Luxembourg and support transaction execution;
- Conduct corporate secretarial tasks, including convening, attending and taking minutes at board meetings and meetings of shareholders;
- Make and keep track of necessary corporate, regulatory and tax filings;
- Perform various office tasks (arranging files, emails, preparing documents etc)
- Establish, improve, and support the implementation of standard documentation, processes and procedures.
To apply for this Fund Administrator role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- Organised and able to coordinate several tasks in parallel;
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a professional relationship with the team;
- Comfort with standard office and IT hardware and knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
- Fluency in English.
