We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide strategic and operational support within a fast-paced, growing technology organization. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative tasks — it requires someone who can operate as a trusted partner, helping to manage priorities, streamline execution, and ensure focus on high-impact initiatives.
You will be at the center of company operations, coordinating across leadership, investors, and key partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and confident in exercising judgment and discretion while managing sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, and logistics to optimize time and priorities
- Prepare concise daily and weekly briefings summarizing key actions, updates, and follow-ups
- Serve as a communication gatekeeper — drafting correspondence and maintaining a consistent, professional tone
- Coordinate investor, board, and leadership materials, including reports, presentations, and updates
- Attend selected meetings to capture decisions and track actions to ensure timely completion
- Maintain a structured library of documentation, decks, and templates for easy access and reuse
- Compile periodic summaries of business performance and market insights for the CEO
- Act as a discreet, trusted partner with authority to reprioritize and make decisions on behalf of the CEO when appropriate
Core skills/experience
- Full Professional Level of English
- Full Professional Level of Spanish
- Proven experience supporting a C-level executive in a high-growth or fast-moving organization (technology, healthcare, or similar industries preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident tone
- Experience managing investor or board communications and preparing high-quality materials
- Strong proficiency with modern productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, HubSpot, Notion, Slack) and openness to adopting AI-based tools
- High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to deliver in a dynamic, changing environment
- Self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and sound judgment in decision-making
