About this role
Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for organization and teamwork? Our Human Nutrition team in Barcelona is looking for a proactive and adaptable Sales Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment.
As a key part of our Food business, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring seamless administrative and commercial operations—supporting internal teams and delighting customers with your efficiency and coordination.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Creating and managing purchase and sales orders
- Handling and resolving order-related queries
- Tracking and maintaining expense forecasts
- Acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external clients
About You
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and brings structure to complexity. You are:
- Proficient in ERP systems – SAP or MS Dynamics F&O experience is a must
- Confident with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel – intermediate level)
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan
- Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt
- A team player with a can-do mindset and strong communication skills
