About the rol:
Assisting in the logistical management of the operation and daily activities. In this position, the OC contribute in an administrative capacity by assisting the different teams on projects, supporting human resources, onboarding and training of new employees and in the completion and tracking of KPI reporting.
The OC helps the organization run smoothly and ensuring that deadlines on delivery of projects, tasks and/or anything else related are met on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategy: Develop, implement, review and evaluate operational policies, procedures and reports. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.Colaborate in formulating strategic and operational objectives for performance and growth
- Opportunities and efficiency: Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. Observe, review and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Work with team leaders, managers and department heads to understand departmental needs and objectives. Overview and coordinate processes and updates between different teams
- Manage the operation: Ensure all activities are in compliance with local, industry and company standards. Assist in project management by creating assignments, tracking progress and resolving issues. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Evaluate with different providers solutions for the departments and make sure to follow up from project planning to implementation of the solution. Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports
- Review and evaluate business KPIs: Create operational reports for external and internal audits. Contribute with operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, identify trends. Develop, implement, review and evaluate business KPIs
