About the role

We are looking for a Growth Director to join our Madrid studio. The primary function is to set the strategy for new business development and growth of Design Bridge and Partners in Spain. The Growth Director works to generate senior level relationships with client organizations and leads the process of winning new accounts and help develop existing Group clients as required for Design Bridge and Partners. This position works alongside leadership at Design Bridge and Partners and will be an ambassador to our brand with clients, the market, and our colleagues throughout WPP.
