Job Description
Are you looking for a diverse challenge and your heart beats for HR? Then become an HR Operations Specialist in our HR Operations & Payroll team. Together as a team, you will work in an international and growing environment. Here you will take responsibility for your areas and can contribute your expertise to a wide variety of HR projects.
Your Tasks
- Competent contact person for all administrative topics in the employee life cycle for our employees, managers and HR business partners
- Participation in various HR projects
- Proactively contributing our own ideas for the continuous optimization, standardization and digitization of our HR services
- Administrative implementation from entry to exit and changes during employment
- Master data maintenance in SucessFactors/SAP and management of the digital personnel file
- Support in the preparation of monthly payroll accounting as an interface to external payroll accounting
- Completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a personnel clerk or completed studies with a focus on business administration
- Several years of professional experience in personnel administration
- Sound specialist knowledge of tax, social security and employment law
- User knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors is an advantage as well as experienced handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Very good knowledge of English and mandatory C1 German
- Creative joy, solution orientation, hands-on mentality and assertiveness in interaction with various contact persons
