ELAND WORLD is seeking aGlobal Advertising Directorto lead the integrated advertising and creative strategy across its major fashion brands — includingSPAO, MIXXO, New Balance Korea, and WHO.A.U.

This role will oversee brand campaigns, creative direction, and visual communication across global markets.

A 6-month collaboration project will serve as the foundation for performance evaluation, followed by a formal appointment as Global Director based on results.

ResponsibilitiesLead integrated fashion brand advertising campaigns and global branding strategy

Develop seasonal campaign concepts and creative directions

Collaborate closely with brand Creative Directors, Design, MD, and Marketing teams

PlanK-Culture-driven campaigns(K-POP, Drama, Webtoon collaborations)

Build digital-first content strategies and global visual identity guidelines

Proven experience as anAdvertising/Branding Directorin global fashion, beauty, or SPA brands

Strong balance betweencreativity and commercial execution

Deep understanding of Asian and global fashion markets

Excellentleadershipand cross-functional collaboration skills
