At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsibility Offline Technical support
• Internal technical support for pending, complaints and legal cases
• Repair quality monitoring and continuous improvement
• Technical Support Call Center
• Online (Call Center) support for technical escalation, identify typical issue and create internal FAQ
• Weekly Crisis management Meeting with Online team
• Technical and product training

Skills and Experience needed:

• Languages required: Spanish (Native/ bilingual), English (Fluent), Portuguese (Nice to have)
• Good excel skills (i.e.: vlookup, pivot table, etc…)
• Good technical skills and interest in Consumer electronics products
• Analytic and logic approach
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Preferably having experience in Technical support, Service or Training businesses

Conditions of the position

• Contract Type: Indefinite whit us.
• Location: Madrid. 100% on-site.
• Schedule:Full time from Monday to Thursday from 09:30 to 18:30 and Friday from 09:30 to 16:00 with the breaks established by law.
• Salary range: 21.000-28.000€ brutos anuales.
• 200 per month in restaurant card.
