Main Responsibilities In The Role

Working in an agile environment, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the involvement of each team member in the project and overcoming obstacles together
• Making the team autonomous, developing their creativity and cohesion
• Ensuring the well-being of each team member
• Being the protector and facilitator of the team
• Maintaining a good relationship with the Product Owner
• Promoting communication with all stakeholders
• Leading ceremonies: agile retrospectives, daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint reviews, etc.
  
  
  

Education and Experience:

• At least one successful initial experience as a scrum master
• Good knowledge of different agile tools
• Scrum certification
