Role Description

This is a full-time/hybrid role (1 day at home) based in Estepona for an Invoicing and Reservations position at Guided Spain Tours.

The worker will spend 4 hours daily manage the billing and invoicing process for our clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices and resolving invoice-related issues. The Invoicing specialist will also communicate with clients regarding their invoices and collections, and will work with our accounting team to maintain accurate financial records.

The other 4 hours will be spent contacting suppliers to confirm reservations, adding details to itinerary and managing requests from clients currently traveling.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets
• Prior experience with invoicing and billing, accounts payable, and financial management
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, or a related field is preferred
