What You Will Do

• Define and implement the commercial strategy for business unit.
• Grow existing accounts.
• Negotiate and close contracts with decision-makers.
• Manage P&L: monitor revenue, margin, and overall profitability.
• Track performance through KPIs and reporting, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, partners.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record in business and Engineering.
• Master’s degree in business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Excellent skills in organitation and negotiation.
• Strong competencies in Excel and experience in preparing presentations with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
