About The Role

We are experiencing significant growth and have an exciting opportunity for a CSR+EMS Auditor to join our dynamic Europe team. As an Auditor, you will play a crucial role in delivering supply chain audits for our clients. This position involves collaborating with our international colleagues and learn about international client protocols conducting audits (mainly social, quality and environmental) in your country and possibility of other countries.

What We Are Looking For

We seek a dedicated professional eager to enhance their skills and grow within a continuous improvement environment. The ideal candidate should have the following:

Requirements (mandatory)

• Bachelors (preferably in life sciences and/or law or HR)
• Advanced English speaking, reading and writing skills (C1 or similar)
• Driving license and disposition to extensive traveling
• Have a positive and open-minded mindset, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently.
  
  

Assets (not Mandatory But Preferable)

• APSCA ASCA valid status
• Background in ethical supply chain auditing, as well as experience in quality, environment, and health and safety audits (QMS ISO 9001, EMS ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 certifications are beneficial).
• Demonstrate an ability to manage complex, multi-site, multi-disciplinary audit programs.
• Mastering other languages (e.g.: Portuguese, French, German), if travelling across EU is suitable for the candidate.
