What you'll do

Lead and scale our affiliate and influencer marketing strategy in Spain and beyond

Build and manage relationships with affiliates, publishers, platforms

and influencers

Track and optimize performance

Ensure compliance across all markets

You bring

Passion for affiliate/performance and influencer marketing (ideally in fintech or similar)

Experience with tracking platforms & attribution tools

Strong Analytical Skills And Negotiation Capabilities

Knowledge of compliance in regulated industries

Fluent in English and Spanish
