🖥 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervision, management, and maintenance of the office.
  • Handling incoming calls with the goal of detecting opportunities.
  • Managing internal and external calls, filtering and forwarding to the right person.
  • Requesting quotes and managing supplier orders for the office.
  • Providing support to the Administration department.
  • Managing courier and mail services.
  • Preparing and managing marketing and commercial materials.
  • Supporting the management of the executive agenda.


📝 Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills – social and approachable profile.
  • Ability to understand the needs of the departments you support.
  • Flexibility to handle support tasks across different departments.
  • Initiative to propose improvements.
  • Rigorous in following established procedures.
  • Support in the implementation of procedures in the departments you assist.
  • Ability to foster and maintain positive internal (employees) and external (clients, suppliers, and partners) relationships.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a company experiencing significant growth.
  • Multidisciplinary management capability.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
