Role Overview: As a Credit Control Specialist, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of Finance Department and driving it to new heights.

What will you do?

• Payment Schedule.
• Management of defaults (both new ones and from portfolio). Claim of defaults by written communication.
• Negotiate debt cancellation dates with clients.
• Deferment management since the client’s petition through commercial acceptance, including expenses and interests calculations.
• Client’s account statements reports to the Commercial, payment progress, programming, etc.
• Various reports to Management.
• Management of procedures and Deferment information for contentious file.
• Analysis and financial capture to determine client’s credit.
• Review and develop internal processes for collection management.
• To reduce and mitigate collection incidents through the definition of policies settled with commercial figure.
