About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing, Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to take ownership of our digital presence. This is a role for someone confident in content creation (photo & video) digital marketing, and brand storytelling.

Role Overview

• Creating photo and video content

• Editing photo and video content

• Managing content projects

• Managing and growing our social media platforms and website

• Planning content calendars, writing captions, and adapting content per platform

• Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns

• Designing visual assets (posts, stories, presentations, brochures, newsletters)

• Tracking performance, analysing engagement, and optimising content strategy

• Supporting brand storytelling and maintaining visual consistency

• Collaborating with the internal team on campaigns, launches, and events

• Travelling with the team to project locations and boat shows to capture content

• Applying SEO principles and using analytics tools

Tools & Skills Required

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

• Strong photo and video editing skills,

• Solid understanding of branding, visual communication, and digital platforms.

• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently

• Confident, tech-savvy, and up to date with modern digital tools

• Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), CapCut

• Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn

• SEO and analytics knowledge
