A European industrial group in the agri-food sector, currently integrating following a recent acquisition, is building its new FP&A team in Madrid. The team will provide direct business support and report to the group's international CFO

• Develop, maintain and improve financial reporting related to production and industrial costs.
• Analyze cost flows, operational drivers and KPIs in close collaboration with production teams.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with operations, controlling and finance stakeholders.
• Support the definition, standardization and improvement of FP&A and reporting processes.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of financial information reported to the group.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives in a post-acquisition environment.
• Travel occasionally to production sites, especially during the initial phase of the role.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in FP&A, financial reporting, industrial controlling or financial consulting.
• Strong interest in understanding business and production processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/BI tools.
• Fluent English.
• Availability for a hybrid working model, with on-site presence preferred in the first months.
