• Analyze business needs related to Securities Finance and translate them into clear technical requirements and well-defined, development-ready user stories.
• Collaborate with development squads to design and implement innovative solutions, actively participating in refinement sessions, functional design, and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform functional and integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Produce technical and functional documentation for assigned projects.
• Manage communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proper alignment between business and delivery.
• Contribute to the definition of technology strategies to optimize processes.
• Identify risks and propose effective solutions to mitigate potential issues.
• Support end-user training on newly implemented tools.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an IT Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, performing business analysis and technology project management tasks.
• Solid knowledge of Financial Markets, particularly Securities Finance (Repo and/or Securities Lending).
• Ability to work in agile environments (Scrum or similar) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient use of business analysis and project management tools.
• Professional-level proficiency in English, as it will be used daily when working with international stakeholders.
