Our client is looking for a Human Resources Administration profile. This role will be responsible for the full employee administrative lifecycle in Spain, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor legislation, and supporting the HR function across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Spanish labor administration, and high level of English, Spanish and French.

Employment Administration & Contracts
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: new hires, terminations, probation periods, promotions, and contractual changes.
- Prepare, review, and file employment contracts, amendments, and official documentation.
- Coordinate with external payroll or legal providers to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage leave, vacation, medical absences, and special permits.
- Oversee attendance records and time-tracking systems.
Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate the monthly payroll process with external vendors.
- Submit, validate, and review monthly payroll variables.
- Review payslips, adjustments, bonuses, benefits, and payroll-related issues.
- Manage documentation related to tax withholding, Social Security, certificates, and legal reporting.
Legal Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Spanish labor laws and applicable European regulations.
- Support internal and external HR or compliance audits.
- Maintain HR documentation in line with GDPR and data protection requirements.
- Support internal policies related to equality, health and safety, and employment standards.
General HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee information in HRIS systems.
- Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with relevant departments (IT, Finance, Operations, etc.).
- Support training logistics and administration, including registrations, attendance, and certifications.
- Prepare internal HR communications and provide administrative support to the department.
International Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and HR teams in other countries.
- Support the implementation of global HR projects, processes, and policies.
- Participate in international meetings and discussions in Spanish, English, and French.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Education
- Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or labor management roles.
- Demonstrated experience with Spanish labor legislation, Social Security, SEPE processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience coordinating payroll with external providers.
- Fluent in Spanish, English and French.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems, time-tracking platforms, and payroll tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong digital literacy.
Personal Skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish, English, and French.
- Strong teamwork skills and service-oriented approach.
