Reporting to the Chief Performance Officer, your main functions and responsabilities will be:

• Responsible for leading reporting and performance analytics for one of four key business functions.
• Work with functional team to collect, validate and structure data (operational and financial) to enable effective performance management dialogue.
• Implement and manage operating and financial KPI reporting (weekly / monthly).
• Take a pro-active approach to proposing improvements to reporting and performance management framework.
• Will need to build strong partnership with Head of Department to embed data driven approach to decision making.
• Leading role in ongoing reporting and performance management conversations with business leadership.
• Work with technology team to improve automation of data cleansing and reporting.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate or similar.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint is a must.
• Financial & basic accounting skills.
• Knowledge of BI tools is a plus (Tableu, PowerBI, IBM Cognos, MicroStrategy)
• The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years working experience.
• Prior background at a BIG4 M&A/Transactions Advisory or Corporate Finance Advisory is a must.
• Experience in real estate advisory, asset management, real estate servicing, consulting, or investment banking (corporate finance and ECM) as well as international exposure (studies/ work) in an English-speaking environment are a strong plus.
