### About the role

We’re looking for a **Visual Designer** to join our studio full-time and help craft outstanding digital experiences across web and marketing touchpoints for some of the most exciting tech startups in the world.

You’ll collaborate closely with Brand Designers and Art Directors to conceptualize and execute visual design across websites, campaigns, and digital products.

This position is remote, with preference for candidates who can work a few days per week from our office in Barcelona.

### What you’ll do

- Design websites and visual assets that elevate brand storytelling
- Create marketing assets such as social media ads, presentations, and key brand materials
- Translate briefs, strategy, and user needs into clear, effective visual solutions
- Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the team and contribute to project direction

### What we’re looking for

- **3+ years of experience** working as a Visual Designer, Web Designer, or in a similar role in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team
- High proficiency and speed working in Figma and other creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects. Bonus: familiarity with **AI tools** and how they can be integrated into the creative process to accelerate iterations and decision-making.
- Passion for visual design in digital and tech-driven companies. You’ll often work with digital products and interfaces — being a bit nerdy about technology is definitely a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing web design and digital visual work.
- Sharp visual taste and the ability to confidently stand behind your design decisions
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to take projects from concept to execution with minimal direction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus: fluent in English.
