We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge

• Manage and administer the employee lifecycle in the European region, including onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day People operations.
• Coordinate and oversee international occupational risk prevention initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Support the development and optimization of HR software tools and manage HR-related KPIs for effective reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate on the design, rollout, and improvement of internal policies within the European region.
• Handle HR team financial administration, including invoice control and monitoring of the team’s internal budget.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring an excellent employee experience throughout the organization.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR operations or people administration, preferably in an international environment.
• Experience with HRIS/HR software and data-driven reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
