TikTok’s Agency Partnership Leads are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
Responsibilities:
Position TikTok as a trusted advisor and thought leader to agencies, driving revenue and strategic opportunities, fostering collaboration, and representing the brand at industry events.
Revenue Management and Agency Relationships:
- Maintain trusted Agency C-suite client relationships to influence investment at scale, apply deep advertising expertise, and serve as a consultative partner on a quarterly basis
- Orchestrates the overall revenue management of all the group of agencies' businesses in the market from crafting revenue strategies to educating agencies in a scalable manner
- Ensure that our agency partners receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Earn a place as a trusted advisor to our agency partners to uncover and create a pipeline of strategic opportunities that ultimately influence and drive revenue
- Utilize experience to generate thought leadership, drive repeat business and help increase existing direct revenue from our entire agency ecosystem
- Sustain close communication and alignment with clients and sales leadership to maximize client strategies and foster trust and collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally to identify new strategic, scalable programs, and outreach opportunities specifically for agencies
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Be a creative voice to inspire the team and our agencies
- Provide coaching and direction to enable their and our agency's success. You will help guide your teams through the next stage of their career and beyond
Industry Representation and Thought Leadership
- Represent TikTok with distinction at pivotal agency events, embodying our brand's values and establishing a strong presence in the industry's collective consciousness
- Demonstrate holistic business acumen to drive success through regional projects
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in advertising, digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills; ability to build, lead and develop a high calibre sales team
- Demonstrated track record of leading a team to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
