The Role:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Social to lead our growing social media area. This pivotal role will drive our social strategy, foster team excellence, and ensure impactful results for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the social media profiles, including Community Managers, Social Media Managers, Content Creators, Influencer Specialists, and Social Media Strategists. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Strategic Content & Social Development: Develop and champion innovative social-first strategies, comprehensive channel and ecosystem proposals, and integrated organic & paid social media strategies. Oversee the creation of robust content plans and amplification strategies.
  • Content Project Leadership: Spearhead the end-to-end execution of content projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.
  • Creative Direction & Support: Provide strategic guidance and support for creative content ideation, ensuring engaging and effective campaigns.
  • Creator Content Strategy: Develop and propose compelling content plans specifically tailored for creators and influencer collaborations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee and manage team budgets, production costs, and associated fees.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Business Development & Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the overall growth and expansion of the social department.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Define critical KPIs, establish robust measurement strategies, and deliver insightful performance reports with actionable conclusions and recommendations.
  • Social Listening & Insights: Lead social listening initiatives to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and monitor brand conversations, translating data into strategic recommendations


About You:

  • Several years of experience in Social and Content roles, preferably with a strong management background
  • Global account experience an advantage
