Are you looking for a new and challenging project to propel and multiply the growth of your professional career? Do you enjoy collaborating with other teams on tech projects focused on digital transformation? Are you motivated to formulate and execute growth strategies to deliver greater value to clients in the tourism sector? Do you feel comfortable tracking the status of ongoing projects?We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager for our Service Delivery team to lead the relationship with our key accounts.Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients, collaborating with them and understanding their needs.Analyze the current client situation and formulate strategies to increase digitalization coverage.Align the implementation and deployment strategy of the solution with the client's internal objectives, considering our vision: Increased process automation to reduce costs and increase efficiency.Ensure the success of service with the company's key and historical clients.Work together with the client to define the operational model and roadmap in their digital transformation journey: From As Is to To Be.Develop the action plan's schedule and related deliverables for the implementation project.Identify each client's needs and propose solutions based on our technology/tools and best practices in the sector.Identify Growth opportunities and follow up jointly with the Business Development team.Coordinate internal integration teams for the necessary developments to be carried out with the client.Detect potential risks and carry out necessary corrective actions to ensure the success of the project.Report to the client on the project's evolution and status, identifying new business opportunities.Participate in continuous improvement processes: Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes and implement them.Collaborate with the following teams: implementation & onboarding, business development, product development and customer care.What are we looking for?Customer centricity and results-orientedTeam player who wants to share and contributePrevious experience in managing large accounts/business developmentExperience in sales in technology or tourism companies is valuedPrevious experience in project management/implementation of SAAs (nice to have)Previous experience in working with tangible objectivesHighly valued experience/training in the tourism and restaurant sectorsAdvanced level of Spanish and English (French is valued)Person with good communication skills and customer interactionVoxel, we develop technological solutions for small and large companies with the aim of digitalizing purchasing, invoicing and payment processes.
