We’re looking for a motivated and proactive manager to join our Portfolio Management & Strategy team in Madrid. In this role, you’ll work on high-impact projects, providing data-driven insights that shape strategic decisions. If you’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to have impact and grow in a dynamic environment within the secured NPL industry, we’d love to hear from you.
He/she will be responsible to:

- Develop and monitor strategies to maximize recovery and profitability of secured NPL portfolios.
- Audit portfolio performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and oversee advanced segmentations and performance analysis to support decision making.
- Responsible for business plan updates and valuation models for Loan and REO books.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity of portfolio reporting.
- Identify potential improvements in the current processes and be an agent of change.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the internal teams and the external providers.
- Mentor and help develop team members.
- Degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of Python/SQL and/or Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and resilience under pressure .
- Extensive knowledge of the secured NPL market in Spain.
