Job Overview
Lead the financial governance, pricing strategies, cross-charge and cross-functional value assessment of GDPA products. Ensure cost transparency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making to optimize product financials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee GDPA’s technology financials, ensuring budgets align with product roadmaps.
- Collaborate on FinOps initiatives, tracking technology spending, cost efficiency, and investment strategies.
- Define and implement pricing models, show-back, and back-billing strategies for GDPA products.

The 4P Product Manager is responsible for product portfolio definition, product pricing, promotion budget allocation and identifying internal/external opportunities to develop the marketing campaign plan. In this role you will need to work closely with Lenovo Operations, the marketing team and channel sales team cross functions. Key responsibilities As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our teams are building the right thing; products that meet business objectives, deliver value to users and are commercially viable.
You’ll work in close collaboration with designers, engineers, strategists, delivery leads and partner with client stakeholders to define the product strategy, clarify priorities, validate hypotheses, align around measures of success, and more, to go from idea to successful implementation.
Our Lead Product Managers will be able to take on our most complex projects and may work in a product leadership role within a programme team.
You'll be actively involved in commercial activities and help contribute towards pitching, proposals and business development.
You'll play a pivotal role in defining our practice strategy, improving our craft and capabilities and coaching colleagues to help with their learning and development.
Essential Experience

- Experience leading teams in large scale, ambiguous, or otherwise challenging environments
- Experience coaching and turning underperforming teams into high-performing agile teams
