About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Design System Manager to lead the evolution of our design system into a robust, scalable, and future-proof foundation that supports product velocity, consistency, accessibility, and multi-brand flexibility.
You’ll be the key bridge between Design, Engineering, and Product, driving a cross-functional initiative to unify our Product Design standards and tooling—across platforms, devices, and partners.
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the roadmap for scaling our design system across web, mobile, and other platforms.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, and brand design teams to ensure adoption and consistency.
- Evangelize and champion the Design System as a strategic foundation for product scalability, multi-brand flexibility, and cross-functional alignment.
- Own the full lifecycle of the design system: audit, define, build, document, and maintain.
- Implement design tokens, theming architecture, and multi-brand support (white-labeling).
- Take into account future headless and decoupled product architectures to ensure flexibility and long-term compatibility.
- Establish and refine component libraries using modern tools (e.g., Figma, Storybook, etc.).
- Integrate accessibility and internationalization standards into core design principles.
- Partner with engineers to bring scalable and reusable components into our codebase.
- Create clear, actionable documentation and guidelines to empower designers and developers.
- Train teams on how to use, extend, and contribute to the design system.
- Develop internal education strategies to foster Design System literacy and promote best practices through hands-on sessions, workshops, and internal resources.
- Must have
- Proven track record of scaling a design system in a high-growth environment.
- Experience with design token architecture, multi-brand theming, and accessibility (WCAG).
- Fluency with tools like Figma, Storybook, Zeroheight, and component-based frontend frameworks (e.g., Svelte, SwiftUI, Compose).

The 4P Product Manager is responsible for product portfolio definition, product pricing, promotion budget allocation and identifying internal/external opportunities to develop the marketing campaign plan. In this role you will need to work closely with Lenovo Operations, the marketing team and channel sales team cross functions. While working with Management team you will analyze and evaluate the market environment to support the business decisions. This also includes cooperation with the Operation Product team to define the product portfolio plan and manage the planning tool.
You will develop business tools to monitor major KPIs using these KPIs to ensure that the right actions are taken in country on promotions, portfolio, channel and marketing drive.
