Your tasks
- Manage the entire product lifecycle of one of our HSM products with a business focus, maximizing the benefit for the company through managing all aspects from sales and customer interactions to professional services and R&D.
- Compile business cases and take commercial responsibility for the implementation of the offering.
- Work hand-in-hand with your manager, senior executives, and major stakeholders to drive the business strategy, product roadmap, and related messaging for a specific product family, solution, or service.
- Bridge the technical and business worlds by designing products and services that our customers love.
- Collaborate with partners and customers to define and develop the next generation of products and services.
- Own the product strategy for assigned products.
- Drive the transformation of customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics into informed direction.
- Lead product planning, including customer goals and business requirements for product strategy, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements, and take ownership of product positioning.
- Lead operations, including monitoring and responding to customer feedback, continuous improvement, and business growth.

Your profile
- Business experience in Hardware Security Modules, PKI, Electronic Payments Infrastructures, API, Cryptographic Key Management Systems, or Cloud Security and good technical understanding of related use cases.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on customer feedback, research data, and cross-industry trends.
- Ability to plan and manage a portfolio of related features, and to deliver initiatives from conception through completion.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and tenacity to develop ideas independently.
- Ability to work effectively across departments, and to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer understanding, cross-group experience.

At HAYS, we are collaborating with a 100-year-old company, whose product is the security ink: banknotes, passports, DNI was its initial business model, but 15 years ago they have evolved their business model towards digital traceability solutions, monitoring and authentication.
They are currently looking for a Product Owner profile to join their team.
What will your duties be?
• Possesses a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Solution Architecture & Delivery team to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement.
• Provides guidance and removes roadblocks among parties to ensure the successful execution of projects using Scrum methodology.
• Leads problem resolution and continuous improvement on solution by identifying key stakeholders, animating work groups to improve specific topics.
• Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product or project and are delivering reusable, robust features.
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product or project features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams.
• Inspire and motivate the development teams to delivery innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency.
• Assess value, define and prioritize user stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value.
• Participate in definition of story acceptance criteria, draft them when feasible, and provide examples in support of Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) specifications by example.
• Makes sure quality standards are met and stablished Standard Operational procedures are followed.
• Work with other product owners to identify features´ gap and overlaps in order to ensure high reusability across projects and products.
• Own and maintain internal product/project documentation.
What are the requirements?
• At least 5 years of experience in IT sector, preferably software development projects and relevant experience as Business analyst or Product Owner.
• Background: Engineering / Business Administration.
• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum is a must.
• Advance in English.
• Experience with multicultural teams in different locations.
