What’s the opportunity?
This role calls for a product manager with a strong ability to deliver solutions that align with customer needs, regulatory standards, and strategic business goals.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in financial or payments products and a strong background in product management, specifically in delivering scalable, secure and innovative products for the payments or financial services industry.

¿Qué responsabilidades asumirás en esta posición?

About The Role
The purpose of our Delivery Product Owner role is to manage our B2B - B2C digital entertainment product (games and partner marketplace) from inception to realization in multiple markets and clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Have full product ownership for clients based in Europe.
- Collect client requirements and implement them or translate them into a value-oriented feature to be developed as part of the evolution of the product.

¿Qué proyectos desarrollarás?
- La misión del equipo de producto es definir la estrategia y crear soluciones innovadoras dentro del negocio de tarjetas para particulares, impulsando nuevos modelos como tarjetas de débito, crédito, prepago y opciones sostenibles, así como beneficios asociados (viajes, seguros, programas de fidelización).
- Las responsabilidades que asumirás en la posición serán:
- Liderar proyectos end-to-end relacionados con tarjetas para clientes particulares (débito, crédito, prepago, virtuales), desde la ideación hasta el lanzamiento.
- Mejorar procesos y experiencias para optimizar la contratación, uso y servicio postventa de tarjetas.
- Coordinar con stakeholders internos (marketing, IT, compliance, operaciones) y externos (proveedores, redes de pago) para asegurar la correcta implementación.
- Analizar mercado y tendencias en tarjetas y medios de pago para proponer soluciones diferenciales.
- Diseñar y optimizar productos de tarjetas adaptados a distintos perfiles de clientes.

Requisitos mínimos
- Titulación universitaria en ADE, Ingeniería, Economía o similar.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de proyectos en el ámbito de medios de pago o banca de Retail
- Conocimiento funcional de medios de pago y financiación (crédito, débito, virtuales, prepago, etc.) y sus procesos asociados (tokenización, procesamiento, autorización, liquidación...).
- Involucramiento en soluciones de tarjetas existentes en el mercado (Visa, Mastercard, plataformas fintech).
- Capacidad para utilizar herramientas de gestión de proyectos con un nivel avanzado, incluyendo PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, Figma, qlicksense, etc.
- Dominio en la aplicación de metodologías ágiles como Scrum y Kanban
- Experiencia en conceptualización de nuevos productos o servicios financieros, especialmente en el ámbito de Medios de Pago.
- Conocimiento de tendencias en pagos B2B, embedded finance, y digitalización de procesos financieros.

Desde Shakers, buscamos un/a Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) para una compañía tecnológica referente en el sector TaxTech, especializada en soluciones SaaS de alto impacto global. Su software es utilizado por multinacionales para gestionar VAT compliance y eInvoicing en múltiples países.
El rol es clave en su fase de escalado y reportará directamente al BOARD.

🎯 Tu misión
Liderar toda el área de Product + Engineering, impulsando la visión tecnológica, la estrategia de producto y la excelencia operativa en una plataforma SaaS compleja y en pleno crecimiento.
🧩 Responsabilidades principales
- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de producto y tecnología a largo plazo.
- Liderar y escalar equipos de Engineering y Product Management.
- Diseñar y supervisar el roadmap, asegurando entregas de alto impacto.
- Traducir requisitos de clientes, regulaciones y negocio en decisiones estratégicas.
- Garantizar la evolución de la plataforma SaaS utilizando arquitecturas modernas y cloud.
- Colaborar con el CEO, el board y stakeholders clave para impulsar la innovación.
- Asegurar la calidad, seguridad, performance y escalabilidad del producto.
- Representar la visión de producto frente a clientes y partners estratégicos.
🧠 Requisitos imprescindibles
- Experiencia senior en entornos SaaS / producto (startup o scale-up).
- Perfil mixto entre Technology + Product Leadership.
- Haber ejercido funciones C-level: CTPO, CTO o CPO (o roles equivalentes).
- Fuerte credibilidad técnica (cloud, arquitecturas web modernas, escalabilidad).
- Sólida experiencia dirigiendo equipos de ingeniería y producto.
- Habilidad para gestionar productos complejos y regulados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y visión estratégica.
- Inglés fluido (negociación y dirección).

- Haber sido Founder / Co-Founder o experiencia en early-stage startups.

Como eCommercer Intern te integrarás en el equipo que impulsa nuestro canal online desde la tecnología y los datos, colaborando con Marketing, Producto y Operaciones para optimizar la experiencia del usuario y maximizar resultados con soluciones innovadoras.
¿Qué harás?
Gestión avanzada de campañas y CRM:
- Diseñar, automatizar y optimizar flujos de email marketing (bienvenida, carrito abandonado, etc.) con herramientas como Klaviyo.
- Analizar métricas clave (aperturas, CTR, conversiones) para ajustar estrategias basadas en datos.
Manejo técnico del catálogo online:
- Subir y mantener productos con descripciones, imágenes y atributos usando plataformas ecommerce (Shopify o similar).
- Controlar inventarios y sincronizar con logística para garantizar stock real-time.
- Generar códigos EAN/UPC con estándares GS1 y mantener base de datos actualizada.
Pricing, promociones y optimización:
- Implementar reglas dinámicas de precios y descuentos desde la plataforma.
- Realizar análisis de ventas y tests A/B para reorganizar categorías y mejorar conversiones.
Growth hacking & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Proponer y ejecutar experimentos para mejorar UX/UI, aumentar tráfico cualificado y elevar la tasa de conversión.
- Implementar técnicas SEO on-page, campañas de paid media y estrategias de captación (pop-ups, lead magnets, referrals).
Lanzamientos de productos digitales:
- Gestionar checklist técnicos y coordinar campañas cross-funcionales con Diseño, Contenido y Paid Media.
Lo que buscamos
- Formación: Grado o Máster en Desarrollo, Programación, Marketing, ADE, Comunicación, Ingeniería o similar.
- Conocimientos básicos de Ecommerce: Plataformas (Shopify), Google Analytics/GA4, conceptos de CRO.
- Herramientas: Excel/Sheets, sistemas de email marketing (Klaviyo), nociones de Photoshop/Figma para retoques simples. También estar familiarizado con HTML, CSS o Javascript
- Idiomas: Español nativo; inglés intermedio-alto (B2 o superior).
- Mentalidad analítica orientada a datos y resultados.
- Curiosidad constante y proactividad para proponer mejoras.
- Capacidad de organización y atención al detalle.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarte con áreas multidisciplinares.
- Pasión por el comercio electrónico y las tendencias digitales.
