We are hiring a Sales Director, ISV Embedded Solutions in various locations to drive partnerships for licensing and embedding Ubuntu and Ubuntu Pro into software and SaaS solutions.

The role entails:
The Sales Director, ISV Embedded Solutions will collaborate with Product, Alliances, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing colleagues to prospect into ISV accounts, introduce our offerings, help partners or potential customers develop their products to best leverage our portfolio. The successful candidate will:
- Drive embedded support and licensing sales with ISVs to exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets.
- Lead customer and partner relationships and interactions through all stages of the sales, customer success and support lifecycle.
- Deepen their understanding and engagement with the open source ecosystem.
- Identify and develop partnerships that support Canonical's strategic ambitions.
- Collaborate with product management to ensure fitness and enhancement of our platforms and solutions for ISVs.
- Negotiate contracts with new and existing ISV partners and customers.
- Shape our content and messaging for ISV partners and customers.
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.

- Maîtriser nos parcours de formation et argumenter efficacement pour proposer les solutions les plus adaptées aux besoins des candidats.
- Optimiser le taux de transformation en suivant les process commerciaux et en levant les freins à l'inscription.
- Préparer et booster l'employabilité des apprenants : coaching CV, optimisation du profil LinkedIn, préparation aux entretiens.
- Monter le dossier administratif en collaboration avec l'apprenant et l'entreprise.
Profil recherché
- Maîtrise parfaite du français écrite et orale (marché 100% francophone)
- Vous êtes passionné(e) par la relation client et idéalement vous êtes attiré(e) par le domaine de l’éducation ou de la formation
- Vous avez naturellement la fibre d'accompagnement, et le sens du service et idéalement vous avez une connaissance du secteur RH
- Vous avez une culture du chiffre et de l'atteinte des objectifs
- Vous êtes organisé(e) et savez respecter un processus
- Vous avez de très bonnes facultés de communication orale et un réel sens du contact humain
- Vous êtes à l’écoute, empathique et toujours calme pour accueillir les demandes

Description Du Poste
Notre bureau de Madrid se développe et nous recherchons un(e) Conseiller(ère) Commercial – Admission & Placement pour rejoindre l'équipe "Alternance".
Nos publics cibles - vos futurs interlocuteurs - sont des étudiants souhaitant se former, se reconvertir ou monter en compétences sur de nouvelles thématiques. En pratique, notre équipe tech a optimisé la plupart de nos process et outils, de manière à ce que vous puissiez vous concentrer sur l’essentiel : maximiser le nombre d'inscriptions et de placements en accompagnant activement un portefeuille de prospects et d'apprenants, depuis leur première prise de contact jusqu'à leur entrée en formation et leur intégration en entreprise.
Votre rôle est stratégique : atteindre et dépasser vos objectifs commerciaux tout en offrant une expérience optimale à nos apprenants.
Vos Missions Sont Les Suivantes
- Transformer un maximum de leads qualifiés en apprenants inscrits.
- Assurer un suivi commercial rigoureux : relances, closing, et accompagnement jusqu'à la finalisation du dossier.
