Actualmente estamos en búsqueda, para un cliente del sector de repuestos y componentes para automoción, de un/a Comercial para incorporarse a su equipo en la Comunidad de Madrid.
Buscamos una persona con perfil comercial, orientada al cliente y con conocimiento del sector automoción, que quiera desarrollarse en una posición dinámica combinando trabajo en campo y gestión comercial.

All about the role:
We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial team player to lead and execute a strategic plan for the Builders channel and selected customers within the Kitchen Retail channel.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Spain, you will join a fast-growing organization in the household appliances sector, taking on a role with significant autonomy and responsibility.
This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including Marketing, Trade Shopper Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning.
As Key Account Manager for online pure players and omnichannel retailers, you will own the relationship and performance of national e-commerce accounts and other Brick and click national accounts (e.g., Amazon) and the online businesses of major retailers in Spain. What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end relationship with key online customers, looking beyond current-year sales to build sustainable, long-term growth.
- Own the commercial plan: pricing, promo calendar, terms, and P&L for your accounts, maximizing turnover and optimizing profitability.
- Cooperate and collaborate with the e-trade operations department to have : assortment strategy, content quality (A+), ratings & reviews, SEO/SEM coordination, availability, and search share.
- Plan and negotiate online campaigns and brand activations (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Week), coordinating with Trade Marketing and Supply Chain.

- Ensure on-time deliveries and resolve operational issues quickly, acting as the internal link with Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing.
- Solid experience in key account management within a multinational environment focusing on online/e-commerce accounts.
- University degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing pure players and online businesses of large retailers in Spain (e.g., Amazon, marketplaces, and omnichannel partners).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce levers: content, search, media, CRM, promo mechanics, and conversion optimization.
- Advanced analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; ability to translate insights into commercial actions (pricing, promo, media, content).
- Strong marketing acumen and excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, advanced MS Excel and proficiency with analytics dashboards and e-commerce tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Servinform, compañía líder en externalización de servicios, con presencia en España, Europa y LATAM, busca incorporar un/a Director/a de Operaciones de Contact Center para liderar la línea de negocio, impulsando la eficiencia, el crecimiento y la evolución del modelo operativo en un entorno dinámico e internacional.
Misión del puesto
Liderar y desarrollar la línea de negocio de Contact Center, garantizando la excelencia operativa, la rentabilidad y el crecimiento sostenible. Será responsable de definir el modelo operativo, impulsar la transformación y asegurar un servicio de alto valor para los clientes.
Responsabilidades principales3. Liderazgo y gestión de equipos
- Dirección operativa
- Liderar la operación global de contact center.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de SLAs, calidad de servicio y objetivos de negocio.
- Definir e implantar el modelo operativo, asegurando eficiencia y escalabilidad.
- Supervisar el control presupuestario, costes y rentabilidad de la línea.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, mejora y optimización
- Gestión y control de proyectos
- Gestionar la relación con clientes estratégicos.
- Impulsar el crecimiento de la línea mediante nuevas oportunidades y servicios Supervisar la correcta ejecución de servicios y cumplimiento contractual.
- Participar en procesos comerciales, propuestas y desarrollo de soluciones
- Definir KPIs y cuadros de mando para seguimiento de negocio y operaciones.
- Dirigir equipos multidisciplinares.
- Coordinar estructuras operativas en entornos multiculturales.
- Dimensionar equipos según necesidades y evolución del negocio.
- Impulsar una cultura orientada a resultados, eficiencia y calidad.
- Desarrollar talento y liderazgo dentro de la organización.

Requisitos mínimos
Experiencia
- Más de 8 años en dirección de operaciones en contact center, BPO o entornos similares.
- Experiencia gestionando unidades de negocio o grandes cuentas.
- Experiencia en transformación operativa y mejora de eficiencia.
- Valorable experiencia en entornos internacionales.
- Orientación a resultados y fuerte capacidad analítica.
- Liderazgo transformacional y visión estratégica.
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
- Alta orientación a eficiencia, control y mejora continua.
- Inglés nivel negociación.
- Disponibilidad para viajar de forma nacional o internacionalmente, principalmente dentro de España y Colombia.

About The Role
The role reports into the Commercial Director and will mainly support the Iberian market but will also have close connections and collaboration with Global Sales to ensure market alignment to Global strategy, vision and best practice and DBS. Key stakeholders within the market: Channel & Sales directors, Sales managers and Activation Managers in each channel.
Although no direct P&L responsibility the role is there to influence growth opportunities across the full market P&L which could be ranging from improving the effectiveness of the RtC to deliver NSV upside via better outlet execution to improve the efficiency of the RtC to allow for re-investment behind the best growth drivers.
It also covers other business transformation projects that will impact the market P&L.
Your Key Accountabilities
The Commercial Transformation and Business Effectiveness Manager will lead initiatives to drive strategic change and enhance operational efficiency within Diageo's commercial operations in Iberia. This role is critical in ensuring that Diageo remains competitive by implementing innovative solutions that improve business processes, optimize resource allocation, and maximize revenue growth.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with Diageo's overall business objectives. Focus on enhancing commercial capabilities and driving sustainable growth.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements across the commercial function. Implement best practices to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives. Regularly assess performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key departments such as sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and IT to ensure alignment on transformation goals. Facilitate effective communication between teams to drive project success.
- Innovation & Technology Integration: Leverage emerging technologies to enhance business effectiveness. Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations into Diageo's operations.
About You
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Extensive experience in leading commercial transformation or business effectiveness roles within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements.
