We are the strategic consulting and digital transformation unit of the Capgemini Group, collaborating with leading global financial institutions to design and implement innovative solutions. We are now seeking a Senior Business Consultant for a key project in Trade Finance within Global Transaction Banking (GTB).

About the Role:

As part of our team, you will act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that the solutions developed deliver real value.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and refining business requirements, transforming them into functional specifications.
• Validating deliverables and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative cycles.
• Proposing technological and operational improvements to optimize Trade Finance processes.
• Coordinating with stakeholders and teams distributed across different geographies.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Between 3 and 7 years in consulting or similar roles in financial environments, preferably Trade Finance or GTB.

Knowledge:

• Tools: JIRA, Confluence.
• Agile methodologies.

Skills:

• Ability to manage complex and changing environments.
• Excellent communication and intercultural interaction skills.
• Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented attitude.

Languages: Fluent English (C1).

Location: Preferably Málaga; otherwise, Madrid.
