Job Title: Brand Manager (Spain)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Brand Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across Iberia . As Brand Manager, you will bring the global brand strategy to life in your local market. You will be the guardian of our brand in the region, ensuring that everything we do in-market feels unmistakably on brand while resonating with local audiences.
You will be responsible for executing the global marketing strategy locally, managing local PR agencies and influencer partnerships, planning and executing local events, and acting as the primary point of contact for our key retail partner, Sephora. You will collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives while identifying opportunities to grow brand awareness, advocacy, and community engagement in your market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute global brand strategy in the local market, ensuring brand consistency across all activities and touchpoints.
- Manage local PR agency, supporting with brand storytelling, new product launches, influencer send outs, and founder profiling opportunities in line with global PR strategy.
- Build and nurture relationships with local influencers and brand advocates, developing authentic partnerships that drive awareness and advocacy.
- Plan and host local events that bring the community together, aligning with global campaigns while tailoring them to local market needs.
- Act as the main marketing point of contact for retailers, maintaining a strong, collaborative relationship to support in-store and online retail initiatives as well as in-person events.
- Manage local events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on local market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance, providing insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the global marketing team to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Collaborate with HQ-based performance marketing and social media teams to localize content and campaigns.
About You:
- You have 5+ experience in brand management, marketing, or communications within beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
- You’re an excellent project manager with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- You have a strong understanding of the local market, media landscape, and influencer ecosystem.
- You’re comfortable building and maintaining relationships with agencies, influencers, and retail partners.
- You’re creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a passion for building brands that connect with communities.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are excited to grow with a brand that’s redefining the beauty industry.
