We deliver expert solutions in O&M consultancy, O&M training, onsite support, process automation, remote monitoring, asset management, maintenance planning, O&M software implementation, training and support, and predictive maintenance, empowering O&M teams through knowledge and innovation. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled CSP Field Operator to play a pivotal role in driving our technical growth and supporting our activities.

Role Description

This is a hybrid role as a CSP Field Operator for a company located in Seville, Spain. The CSP Field Operator will be responsible for providing expert guidance in integrating best practices into power plant operations and plant operational processes, supporting on-site operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and delivering training programs for other Field Operators. Trips to national and international projects are required.

Qualifications

• Technical degree
• Fluent in English is a must
• Fluent in Spanish is desirable
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in Power Plants Operations and Maintenance
• Experience with Concentrating Solar Thermal Power Plants (Parabolic Trough and/or Central Tower)
• Experience with Molten Salt is desirable
• Any experience with other Renewable Energy Technologies will be valued
