Buscamos un/a Full Stack Developer orientado/a a la integración y escalabilidad de sistemas. Formará parte del equipo de desarrollo encargado de incorporar nuevas funcionalidades dentro del ecosistema técnico de BlackfishID, garantizando la coherencia, la interoperabilidad y el rendimiento de la plataforma.
Responsabilidades
- Desarrollar e integrar nuevos módulos dentro del ecosistema SaaS existente.
- Diseñar flujos de comunicación entre servicios y validar el comportamiento del sistema.
- Contribuir en la definición y mantenimiento de APIs seguras y eficientes.
- Colaborar en la conexión frontend-backend y la coherencia de los flujos de usuario.
- Documentar resultados técnicos y buenas prácticas de integración.
- Participar en la optimización de rendimiento y despliegue en entornos de Azure.
Requisitos
- Experiencia con React (Remix), TypeScript y Tailwind CSS.
- Conocimientos en Supabase (PostgreSQL, autenticación, almacenamiento) o tecnologías similares.
- Familiaridad con Azure Functions y despliegues en entornos cloud.
- Experiencia en diseño y consumo de APIs REST.

About The Role
We are looking for a Global Real Estate Manager based in Barcelona, who will play a pivotal role in shaping Perk’s offices worldwide. You will lead Real Estate strategy across Europe and the US, while ensuring our Central Europe hubs; Zurich, Munich, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Vienna are secure, efficient, and optimized for collaboration and creativity.
This role emphasizes strategic and operational management of our global Real Estate portfolio and Facilities operations, with a supportive focus on employee experience initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Real Estate Management:
- Own the end-to-end Real Estate strategy across all Perk offices in Europe and the US.
- Lead office searches, openings, moves, and closures, ensuring alignment with company culture, headcount growth, and operational needs.
- Negotiate leases, renewals, and contracts with landlords, brokers, and property managers, securing favorable terms while protecting Perk’s interests.
- Prepare business cases, including financial models, space utilization analysis, and strategic recommendations for leadership decisions.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and external partners to ensure high-quality execution of all Real Estate projects.
- Align Real Estate decisions with broader Workplace, Finance, and ESG strategies, including sustainability and cost-efficiency goals.
- Oversee the daily operations of our Central Europe hubs, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and other essential services.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high standards and prevent disruptions.
- Manage vendor relationships, coordinate repairs, renovations, and technical service implementation, ensuring compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations.
- Develop and manage emergency response, business continuity, and health & safety plans across all sites.
- Own Facilities budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee experience, including office look & feel, workspace layout, food & beverage offerings, and event collaboration.
- Partner with the Community Experience team to maintain a welcoming and collaborative environment.
- Lead a Workplace Experience Specialist, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Ensure alignment with the Barcelona Workplace Experience Manager and across all hubs for a unified approach.

Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Lider Técnico Desarrollador de Python /GO con unos 6 años de experiencia.
Descripción del servicio: Soporte técnico en el desarrollo de Software
Tareas diarias
• Brindar orientación técnica a un equipo de desarrolladores y apoyar su desarrollo profesional.
• Participar activamente en el desarrollo.
• Garantizar la calidad del código: revisión de código y buenas prácticas.
• Colaborar con los Product Owners, arquitectos y otros stakeholders para definir las soluciones más adecuadas.
Skills necesarios (must & nice to have):
o Docker, Docker Compose
o Helm y Packaging Charts Kubernetes
o CI/CD (GitLab)
o Python (SQLAlchemy / NumPy / Rasterio / FastAPI)
o API REST
o Go
o Pruebas unitarias y de integración
o Java
o Git
o Documentación técnica (Markdown, Confluence)
• Idiomas requeridos: Ingles Nivel Avanzado
