Strategic context and Value propositionVerisure is the leading provider of monitored security solutions in Europe. In 2019, we formed a strategic partnership with Arlo, a world leader in connected cameras. Verisure acquired all rights to Arlo’s European business, particularly the exclusive distribution rights for Arlo branded camera products for all sales channels in Europe, including e-commerce and retail. Additionally, Verisure is entering into a supply agreement with Arlo whereby we get access to the full portfolio and past and future innovation stream of Arlo camera products to sell through the Verisure direct or partner channels across all our countries.
Today, Verisure does not focus on e-commerce and retail channels.Instead, we drive our core go to market channels: direct field sales, alliances and telesales.The acquisition of Arlo Europe now gives us a strong leadership position in these two emerging and important channels for our business. ResponsibilitiesSpecific Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain reports and data visualizations (Power Bi mainly) to guide decision-making across the company.
- Respond promptly, accurately and efficiently to data requests and questions.
- Support the projects with master data updates as needed.
- Present your findings clearly to diverse audiences across the company.
- Proactively identify inconsistencies in the data through your visualizations and testing.
- Learn quickly through experimentation.

Reports and organization structureDirect reporting line into the Business Controller and Data Analytics manager for Arlo Europe, working in an international organization, very close to the rest of the Data Analytics and Finance team.

The Role
We are looking for a customer-oriented and result-driven candidate to join our Account Management Team. As an Account Manager at TravelPerk, you will be actively contributing to our continued customer satisfaction as well as working to increase growth and margin within existing accounts. In this role you will be responsible for a portfolio of small and medium sized accounts within the Iberia market. You must possess a genuine hunger to navigate your accounts in a fast-changing, hyper-growth environment, be ready to roll-up your sleeves and work hard.
What will you be doing?
- Own a portfolio of SMB (small and medium) customers and develop a high level of customer engagement with your contact and key decision makers within your accounts.
- Gain a deep understanding of your customers business and be able to leverage this information to ensure that the customer maximises their usage of TravelPerk.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop your portfolio by adding new business opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics to provide clients with regular business reviews, reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Be an expert on the portfolio of TravelPerk products in order to meet & exceed quarterly targets of up-selling and cross-selling.
- Develop strong relationships with your clients that will shape their business travel programmes.
- Identify common problems within each account and develop strategies to solve issues in a timely manner whilst creating methods to ensure long term solutions.
- Act as a key contact between the internal TravelPerk teams and the Account Management Team, to ensure product integrations during roll-outs are as smooth as possible.
- Effectively prioritise your time in order to maximise impact in key business areas.
- Native or near native level of Spanish and English
- Experience in account management or customer success experience.
- Outstanding presentation & communication skills and the ability to build deep relationships.
- Great prioritisation and time management skills.
- Result oriented mindset while keeping customer satisfaction as your top priority.
- Great ability to analyse and translate data for your customers.
- Empathetic: someone who can identify with the customer and genuinely wants to support them using an optimal problem-solving methodology.
