As our Junior Finance & Accounting, you’ll be part of the Finance team helping us build a solid, accurate and process oriented department. This role is about learning from different tasks within the finance department like accounting, financial planning and cash flow analysis.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide support in booking & data entries such as, record daily financial transactions (invoices, expenses, payments) in the accounting system and help with detailed cash flows. Support bank and account reconciliations.
- Help with month-end and year-end closing: basic journal entries and supporting documentation.
- Support accounts payable and receivable: check supplier and customer invoices, prepare payment lists, and help resolve differences with vendors and monitor clients overdue amounts
- Assist with bank reconciliations and other basic account reconciliations.
- Provide support in the annual business plan process by assisting in the creation of templates to be shared with the leaders of different areas, subsequent consolidation, comparison and follow-up.
- Support in ad hoc projects that may arise within the finance team and in collaboration with other teams such as Sales or Ops.
- Contribute to process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across Finance operations.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Availability: Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek.
- Process-oriented and analytical profile.
- Attention to details and improving efficiency.
- 0–2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or similar roles; internships, trainee programs or part-time roles included.
- Hands-on experience with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Practical use of Excel for simple reports, reconciliations, or data analysis (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables are a plus)
- Comfortable using Google Drive Tools
- Fluent in both Spanish & English, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Takes accountability and consistently owns the outcome throughout the process.

Precisamos incorporar un perfil de programador/a react y node.js, con un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia, para trabajar de forma remota, excepto el onboarding de las primeras semanas, en proyectos del sector bancario.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar aplicaciones web robustas utilizando NodeJS en el backend, el framework React para el frontend y MongoDB como BBDD.
- Participar en el diseño y la arquitectura de las aplicaciones, siguiendo las mejores prácticas del sector.
- Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo para entender los requisitos del proyecto y asegurar la entrega oportuna de las funcionalidades.
- Realizar pruebas de código y depuración para garantizar la calidad del software.
- Mantener y mejorar las aplicaciones existentes, solucionando problemas y optimizando el rendimiento cuando sea necesario.

- Horario: L a J de 08:00 - 09:00 a 17:00 - 18:00, con flexibilidad, y los V y verano habría jornada intensiva.

Requisitos
Requisitos mínimos
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en las tecnologías solicitadas
- Experiencia sólida en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web utilizando NodeJS, React y MongoDB.
- Experiencia en el uso de bases de datos no relacionales.
- Familiaridad con el control de versiones, como Git.
- Experiencia en el desarrollo de API REST.
- Experiencia previa en desarrollo de producto propio, en base a estándar de configuración.
- Sensibilidad por el impacto y la calidad.
- Conocimiento y experiencia en la gestión del ciclo de vida del software (despliegues en los diferentes entornos, mantenimiento, gestión de logs, revisión de procesos, etc.)
- Jest y/o React Testing Library (RTL) y/o Cypress y/o
