El rol

Estamos buscando un Junior Product Owner para unirse a nuestro equipo de Producto.

En este rol, aprenderás y crecerás trabajando en diferentes áreas de nuestra plataforma, colaborando estrechamente con el resto del equipo de Producto y equipos de desarrollo para hacer realidad nuevas funcionalidades y mejoras.

Como Junior Product Owner, tendrás la oportunidad de involucrarte en todo el ciclo de vida del producto, desde la investigación y definición de requisitos hasta el lanzamiento y medición de resultados. Trabajarás en funcionalidades tanto de CORE como de otras áreas del producto, desarrollando tu conocimiento técnico y de negocio mientras contribuyes activamente al crecimiento de la plataforma.

Te encargarás de

• Apoyar a los Product Owners en la definición y priorización del backlog de producto.
• Escribir user stories con criterios de aceptación claros, trabajando con el equipo de desarrollo para refinar requisitos.
• Colaborar en la investigación de usuario y análisis de necesidades de clientes, participando en sesiones de feedback y validación.
• Dar soporte en ceremonias ágiles (planificación de sprint, refinamiento, retrospectivas) y asegurar que el equipo tenga la información necesaria.
• Documentar funcionalidades y mantener actualizada la documentación de producto.
• Analizar métricas de producto para entender el impacto de las funcionalidades lanzadas.
• Participar en sesiones de diseño con UX y equipos técnicos para entender y proponer soluciones.
• Realizar pruebas de aceptación (UAT) de nuevas funcionalidades antes de su lanzamiento.
• Interactuar con clientes (con supervisión inicial) para entender sus casos de uso y recoger feedback.
• Aprender sobre arquitectura de producto y decisiones técnicas trabajando codo a codo con ingeniería.

Lo que buscamos

• Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Administración de Empresas o áreas relacionadas.
• 0-2 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con producto, desarrollo de software, consultoría tecnológica o similar (se valorará también experiencia en prácticas).
• Interés genuino en producto y tecnología, con curiosidad por entender cómo funcionan las cosas.
• Capacidad analítica para descomponer problemas complejos en partes más simples.
• Conocimientos básicos de desarrollo de software o capacidad para entender conversaciones técnicas.

International College Spain is an international community school that is committed to providing every child with all they need to be successful in the future.

The school was founded in 1980 by the late entrepreneur and philanthropist, Manouchehr Farhangi, and has grown to become one of the leading international IB Continuum schools in Europe.

One of the first schools in the world to provide all three IB programmes, our staff have a wealth of IB experience and knowledge leading not only to outstanding academic results but also to producing students who make a difference in the world. Our commitment to an IB education is reflected in the wealth of IBEN educators and IB-trained staff at our school.

Our students come to us from over 70 different nations and our staff from over 30.
