The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated sales professional to lead our Inbound SDR Team in EMEA. You’ll manage a team of high-performing, early-career SDRs focused on converting inbound leads into qualified pipeline opportunities. Context And Mission
eporting to BSC’s Technology Transfer Manager, the TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER junior officer on IPR will support activities mainly focused on keeping BSC’s IPR portfolio registers and BSC spin-off portfolio updated. In addition to IPR management tasks, identifying, registering, protecting and facilitating the exploitation of BSC’s research results.

The selection will be carried out through a competitive examination system ("Concurso-Oposición"). The recruitment process consists of two phases:

- Interview phase: The highest-rated candidates at the curriculum level will be invited to the interview phase, conducted by the corresponding department and Human Resources. In this phase, technical competencies, knowledge, skills, and professional experience related to the position, as well as the required personal competencies, will be evaluated. - 60 points. A minimum of 30 points out of 60 must be obtained to be eligible for the position.
In accordance with OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for each vacancy at the beginning of the process. After reviewing the content of the applications, the panel will begin the interviews, with at least one technical and one administrative interview. At a minimum, a personality questionnaire as well as a technical exercise will be conducted during the process.

✨ What You'll Do At Agile TV
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for Agile TV project deployments and feature rollouts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, design) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage project scopes, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across multiple clients and markets.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with product roadmaps.
- Track progress using tools like Jira and Confluence, and report on key milestones.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and telco partners using our services or products.
- Ensure that Agile TV continues to deliver seamless, scalable, and innovative user experiences.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in tech, media, or telco environments.
- Desirable: experience in OTT, IPTV, or streaming platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Technical English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

En Serem buscamos para importante cliente ubicado en Madrid el siguiente perfil Ingeniero/a BroadSoft.
Se requiere:
Ingeniero para soluciones de comunicaciones unificadas basadas en BroadSoft y plataformas de agentes virtuales (IVR, bots, asistentes conversacionales) para clientes empresariales.
Gestión de demandas B2B para las soluciones en el ámbito de plataformas y servicios para empresas dentro de un operador de telecomunicaciones.
Actuar como enlace técnico entre los equipos comerciales, de ingeniería y los clientes, asegurando la viabilidad técnica y el valor de negocio de las soluciones propuestas.
Realizar análisis de viabilidad y diseños alto nivel en base a los requisitos y soluciones de mercado.
• Conocimiento técnico de soluciones Cisco BroadSoft (provisión, configuración de servicios, SIP, SBCs).
• Conocimiento de protocolos de voz: SIP, RTP, SRTP, TLS.
• Conocimientos de redes VoIP, centralitas virtuales (PBX), soluciones de colaboración (Webex, Teams).
• Experiencia en integración de agentes virtuales: Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Genesys, Nuance, etc.
• Familiaridad con APIs REST y flujos de integración con CRMs o sistemas OSS/BSS.
