🔧 El rol:
- Formarás parte del equipo de frontend y tendrás un impacto directo en cómo los administradores IT interactúan con la plataforma. Tu responsabilidad principal será diseñar y construir interfaces web modernas, intuitivas y escalables, capaces de simplificar flujos de trabajo técnicos y complejos.
No es un rol centrado únicamente en crear componentes, sino en pensar producto:
- Traducir necesidades reales de usuarios técnicos en experiencias claras y eficientes.
- Trabajar de forma muy cercana con Producto, UX y Backend en la definición de soluciones.
- Mejorar de forma continua la usabilidad, rendimiento y escalabilidad del frontend.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

- Experiencia sólida desarrollando aplicaciones web con Vue.js (preferiblemente Vue 3) y Tailwind CSS.

You’ll help travelers plan unforgettable experiences, work with our international team, and learn how a fast-growing tourism company operates from the inside. We are currently accepting internship applications for start dates between May 2026 and February 2027.
• You must be an enrolled university student with a valid internship agreement from your university.
• We do not assist with visas. You must already be able to legally travel and stay in Spain for your internship.
• When accepted, interns must complete online onboarding training before arriving in Tenerife.
• The training includes short exams in English to make sure everyone understands our systems and tourism operations.

Responsibilities
CENTER OPERATIONS:
- Understand the center’s key KPIs and financials to make informed and responsible business decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with KidStrong families to align with our core values and provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee center-level initiatives i.e. center maintenance, training, brand consistency, etc.
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center
- The typical schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1-weekend shift with specific hours dependent on the needs of the center. This is not your typical 9 to 5!
- Manage the weekly coaching schedule & ensure shifts are covered daily.
- Schedule and sell KidStrong events such as camps and parties, to maximize center profitability.
- Support the centers social media presence with on-brand, organic posts, stories, reels. Respond timely to social media inquiries.
- Maintain flawless lead management by conducting call drives to new and existing leads in the Center’s CRM tool.
- Finalize sales and bookings that are generated through online self-sign-up flow.
- Source and attend local events to increase brand awareness, and drive incremental leads and memberships.
- Foster a coaching culture - see something, say something.
- The GM will be over the center's Assistant General Manager (AGM), along with the rest of the coaching team, which consists of 6 - 10 part-time coaches.
- Continuously assess and evaluate coaches based on the KidStrong Coach DNA profile and class quality.
- Recruit, screen, interview, onboard, manage, train, and coaching candidates as needed to ensure center is staffed.
- Manage and support the ongoing professional development of staff through LearnUpon, our online education resource.
- Lead monthly center level staff meetings focused on - development, productivity, programming, and product.
- Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack and Email, including periodic checks of messages when not in center.
- Attend weekly leadership meetings.
- Coach students by delivering an evolving curriculum that focuses on Brain, Physical, and Character development for ages ranging from walking to 11 years-old approximately as required by business demands.
- Understand the “why” behind the KidStrong curriculum and be able to clearly and concisely communicate it.
- Demonstrate and manage the implementation of various programming and curriculum elements.
- Must be able to work in a physically intensive environment - coaches may cover multiple miles in a shift moving through class, lifting and repeatedly moving equipment up to 25 pounds in weight.
- Must be comfortable physically working with kids to ensure proper technique and ensure student safety.
- Approximately 5 - 10 coaching hours per week.
- An athletic and/or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old. A passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
- Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding a variety of topics.
- Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience in management is required.

- Proactively seek out and implement improvements in your way of working, and in the overall execution of the program.
- Support project’s improvement governance and contribute to the achievement of its improvement objectives.

- Produce Project History Report (yearly).

- Previous experience in leading projects or as a PMO Manager is desired
- PMP certification is highly desirable

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work across functions, and to influence and persuade program stakeholders amid conflicting priorities.

El Reto
Como Lead AI Engineer, serás responsable de cerrar la brecha entre los modelos de lenguaje (LLMs) y nuestros sistemas transaccionales.
- Centralización Técnica: Unificar iniciativas dispersas bajo una arquitectura común, evitando la fragmentación tecnológica y garantizando la gobernanza del dato.
- De PoC a Producción: Transformar prototipos en sistemas resilientes, capaces de operar en tiempo real con observabilidad, control de costes y baja latencia.
- Impacto Operativo: Habilitar casos de uso complejos (agentes autónomos, análisis documental inteligente) que impacten directamente en el P&L de la compañía (eficiencia operativa, reducción de fraude, conversión).
Responsabilidades Principales
- Arquitectura de Sistemas IA: Diseñar y construir el middleware (API Gateway, Servidores MCP, Orquestadores) que conecte nuestros LLMs con el ERP interno y bases de datos.
- Ingeniería de RAG Avanzado: Implementar pipelines de recuperación de información (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) robustos, gestionando bases de datos vectoriales, estrategias de chunking y reranking para documentos complejos.
- Desarrollo de Agentes: Programar agentes capaces de ejecutar acciones deterministas (Tool Calling) sobre nuestras APIs, gestionando el estado y los errores de forma segura.
Requisitos esenciales:
- Titulación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Matemáticas, o similar.
- Stack Moderno de IA: Dominio de frameworks de orquestación (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel) y desarrollo de agentes.
- Ingeniería de Software Sólida: Background demostrable como Backend Engineer o Arquitecto de Software (Python, Go, Javascript). Entiendes de microservicios, APIs REST, asincronía y escalabilidad.
- Experiencia Aplicada en GenAI: Has llevado soluciones basadas en LLMs a producción. Conoces los retos de latencia, alucinaciones y gestión de contexto.
- Gestión de Datos: Experiencia con Vector Databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector) y pipelines de datos no estructurados.
Se valorará:
- Experiencia en sectores regulados o con operaciones complejas (Fintech, Movilidad, Logística).

- Participar en el desarrollo y evolución del frontend de la plataforma, utilizando Vue.js como tecnología principal.
- Colaborar en el proceso de migración desde una solución legacy hacia una arquitectura moderna, asegurando la calidad y continuidad del servicio.
- Implementar interfaces de usuario eficientes, accesibles y alineadas con los requisitos funcionales y de diseño.
- Integrar y consumir APIs REST, garantizando una correcta comunicación con los servicios backend.
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos multidisciplinares (backend, QA, producto) para asegurar entregas coordinadas y de calidad.

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition. We're looking for someone who owns the full journey from sourcing and screening all the way to offer accepted. That means running high-volume pipelines without losing candidates along the way, and making sure every new hire lands properly.
What matters here is speed without chaos: pipelines that move, interviews that happen, feedback that lands in the system the same day, and candidates who always know where they stand. Alongside the day-to-day volume, you'll also help us think smarter about talent, partnering with your colleagues we'll map what we have internally, understanding what makes someone succeed here, and contributing to how we attract and develop the right people.

Main tasks include:
- High-volume pipeline management: Run active pipelines for operational roles across multiple markets simultaneously. Every candidate has a next step. Nothing sits still
- Interview scheduling & stakeholder coordination: Own the calendar. Coordinate across hiring managers, interviewers and candidates without losing track. Confirm, follow up, reschedule when needed. Always one step ahead!
- System hygiene: Every screening call logged, every interview documented, every stage updated. If it happened, it's in the system. Maintain audit-ready records, documentation, and process discipline at all times
- Candidate experience: Fast responses, clear communication, warm rejections. All candidates should leave the process with a good impression of us. Facilitate onboarding sessions to welcome new joiners
- Internal talent mapping : Partner with the Talent and People teams to understand what skills and potential we already have and can move internally, promoting internal development
- Intern & school agreements: Own the end-to-end for intern agreements, when applicable
- EVP & talent strategy contribution: Help us understand what makes a successful person here. Contribute to talent attraction strategies so we're finding the right people, not just filling seats
