Buscamos un/a Java Engineer Junior con ganas de aprender y crecer en proyectos innovadores. The Marketing Manager is the functional responsible for the build and execution of the Business Unit's marketing strategies.
They must ensure that the vital resources are secured so that these actions or strategies can be driven, connecting with the different internal departments of the company, defining needs and making short, medium and long term forecasts.

Context And Mission
We are looking for a candidate to support the management and coordination of the full lifecycle of research projects within the BSC’s Project Management Office (PMO). This role will focus on managing the AI Factory project, managing contracts and supporting pre-award and post-award activities.
Key Duties
- As a member of the BSC AI factory PMO team the successful candidate will work with the Innovation & Business Development Area, the other departments involved in the project and the external partners. They will help to plan and monitor project resources and timelines, track budgets, and anticipate challenges. They will also organize and participate in meetings, reviews, and events, prepare and submit periodic reports and ensure compliance with funding requirements. In addition, they will monitor the execution of contracts and collaborate with other BSC teams (legal, finance).
- Contract Management. Take the lead in negotiating, supervise the drafting and signing process of contracts ensuring that the interests of the BSC and its researchers are protected. Monitor the execution of contracts managed by the Innovation and business development area and interface with BSC researchers and external parties.
- Explore funding opportunities especially public grants from Catalan and Spanish funding agencies and identify possible collaborations with companies.
- Others. Collaborate to improve the operation of the PMO by sharing best practice. Take responsibility for specific BSC research groups and establish a good relationship with the group leaders and other researchers in the group to help them achieve their aims.

The selection will be carried out through a competitive examination system ("Concurso-Oposición"). The recruitment process consists of two phases:
- Curriculum Analysis: Evaluation of previous experience and/or scientific history, degree, training, and other professional information relevant to the position. - 40 points
- Interview phase: The highest-rated candidates at the curriculum level will be invited to the interview phase, conducted by the corresponding department and Human Resources. In this phase, technical competencies, knowledge, skills, and professional experience related to the position, as well as the required personal competencies, will be evaluated. - 60 points. A minimum of 30 points out of 60 must be obtained to be eligible for the position.
In accordance with OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for each vacancy at the beginning of the process. After reviewing the content of the applications, the panel will begin the interviews, with at least one technical and one administrative interview. At a minimum, a personality questionnaire as well as a technical exercise will be conducted during the process.
The panel will make a final decision, and all individuals who participated in the interview phase will receive feedback with details on the acceptance or rejection of their profile.

- Responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of technology projects within our organization. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- With an emphasis on experience with data platform and analytics, the ideal candidate should have a strong background in data management, data warehousing, and analytics.
- The ideal candidate should have experience managing complex data projects, including data integration, data migration, and data modeling. In addition, the candidate should be familiar with data governance, data quality, and data security.
- The IT Delivery Lead should be able to manage a team of data engineers, data analysts, and other IT professionals, and work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. They should also be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Take ownership of providing technical expertise, consultation, and guidance to the Product Team. Internal • Understand the technical requirements of deliverables and ensure the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including developed code, stored in Azure DevOps.
- Support the Product Team with technical troubleshooting for the smooth implementation and maintenance of the solution, collaborating with the development team.
- Collect feedback, address impediments, and advocate for process improvement, teamwork, and adherence to APB/I´s ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate productive team meetings, fostering equal participation through open communication to promote collaboration and innovation, align new requirements with team capacity, priorities, and report team performance to stakeholders and provide mentorship and guidance to ensure successful implementation, offering training or coaching for enhanced collaboration.
- Other responsibilities may include developing project plans and schedules, managing project budgets and resources, identifying and mitigating project risks, and ensuring that projects are delivered according to established standards and best practices.
- Manage vendors and contractors, including contracts, invoices, purchase orders.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are preferred.
- Oracle SQL experience (databases, SQL queries, procedures), Github and REST APIs
- Varied and extensive experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Experience managing complex projects related to data platform and analytics, including data integration, data migration, and data modeling.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Ability to lead Agile teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices
- Strong understanding of Agile project management tools and techniques, such as user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Experience experience working with data platforms and analytics tools such as data warehouses, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying up to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and data platform analytics.
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement, implement Agile practices, and mentor team members in Agile principles.

Qué harás
* Dar soporte técnico avanzado sobre herramientas del SDLC a equipos de desarrollo.
* Trabajar con IDEs, control de versiones y herramientas de gestión y construcción de software.
* Analizar incidencias técnicas desde el punto de vista del desarrollador.
* Realizar y documentar pruebas funcionales y técnicas.

Requisitos Imprescindibles
* Al menos 3 años de experiencia como desarrollador/a o ingeniero/a en entornos SDLC.
* Experiencia avanzada en al menos dos de estas categorías:
* IDEs (IntelliJ, VS Code, Eclipse)
* Control de versiones (Git, GitHub Enterprise, GitLab)
* Herramientas de construcción/gestión de SW (Maven)
* Experiencia previa desarrollando en Java y/o ecosistema JavaScript.
* Conocimiento de frameworks y lenguajes usados en arquitecturas modernas.
* Alta orientación al detalle y capacidad analítica para resolver problemas técnicos.
* Perfil orientado al soporte, servicio y documentación.
Inglés medio, minimo B1
Deseable
* Experiencia trabajando con APIs REST.
* Conocimientos en testing y herramientas de calidad de software.

Buscamos un/a Team Leader / Engineering Lead con sólida experiencia para liderar la entrega y evolución de aplicaciones clave en un entorno IT internacional. Reportando a la alta dirección, el rol combina liderazgo técnico, gestión de equipos y alineación de las soluciones tecnológicas con los objetivos de negocio, en colaboración con equipos y usuarios a nivel global.
Responsabilidades principales
Liderar y desarrollar un equipo multidisciplinar de ingeniería (software, requisitos, arquitectura y UX).
Supervisar el ciclo completo de desarrollo de software, desde requisitos hasta producción.
Definir y asegurar buenas prácticas, estándares de calidad y excelencia técnica.
Proporcionar liderazgo técnico y soporte a la entrega de proyectos.
Colaborar con product managers y stakeholders para cumplir objetivos de negocio.
Garantizar calidad, rendimiento y seguridad de las soluciones.

Requisitos clave
Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software y al menos 5 años en liderazgo técnico.
Experiencia en entornos ágiles con equipos medianos/grandes.
Capacidad estratégica y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.

Java 8+, Angular 16+, Spring (Boot, MVC, Security, Data JPA, Batch).
Bases de datos relacionales y SQL (MSSQL, DB2).
APIs REST, testing automatizado (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, Karma).

JIRA, Confluence, Scrum/Kanban.
Principios SOLID, microservicios y arquitectura hexagonal.

Experiencia en entornos logísticos o supply chain.
