Senior Product Manager - Customer Growth, Last Mile Rentals Expansion
myGwork · Madrid, ES
.
This job is with Amazon, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. Please do not contact the recruiter directly.
Description
At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth, constantly improving how we fulfill and deliver orders right to our customers' doorsteps. The Last Mile Rental (LMR) team is at the forefront of this mission, pioneering an innovative vehicle sharing program that enables more flexible and efficient delivery operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing program within Amazon Logistics and help shape the future of last-mile delivery.
In this role, you will own the demand and utilization flywheel that drives rental growth and fleet efficiency across the LMR program. You'll define the product strategy that converts customer insights into initiatives that increase vehicle utilization, rental conversion, and repeat usage. Your expertise in customer behavior analysis, growth experimentation, and data-driven product development will be essential as you identify why customers choose to rent-or not-and translate those insights into scalable product improvements. You'll architect the value proposition and go-to-market strategy that differentiates the vehicle sharing program, while building mechanisms that continuously capture customer voice and drive customer-led innovation. Working across product, marketing, operations, and analytics, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that drive program growth and sustainability.
This role is available in Madrid, London or Luxembourg.
Key job responsibilities
- Customer Demand & Conversion Strategy: Define product strategy that drives rental demand and customer conversion across the rental lifecycle. Identify why customers choose to rent-or choose not to-and translate behavioral insights into product initiatives that increase adoption and repeat usage.
- Pricing Strategy & Optimization: Own pricing strategy and commercial models that maximize utilization and program sustainability. Develop and test pricing frameworks that balance customer value with business viability, partnering with operations to implement data-driven pricing decisions.
- Utilization & Growth Analytics: Analyze vehicle utilization patterns and rental trends to identify opportunities for improved fleet efficiency. Develop frameworks to measure customer engagement, conversion rates, and repeat usage metrics that inform product roadmap decisions.
- Value Proposition & Market Positioning: Architect go-to-market strategy and value propositions that differentiate the vehicle sharing program and drive customer preference. Monitor rental industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic positioning and identify emerging opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Product Leadership: Partner with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to align initiatives that improve customer acquisition, retention, and fleet utilization. Communicate strategy, insights, and results to senior leadership.
As a Senior Product Manager - Customer Growth, you'll spend your days uncovering the "why" behind rental decisions. You'll dive into customer feedback sessions, analyze booking abandonment patterns, and run experiments to test hypotheses about what drives conversion. One day you might be modeling pricing scenarios to find the optimal balance between affordability and program viability. The next, you're presenting market intelligence on competitor offerings to inform positioning decisions. You'll perform analysis that tracks leading indicators of demand shifts, partner with operations to understand supply constraints, and work with the communications team to craft messaging that resonates with target segments.
About The Team
You'll be joining a dynamic team of product and process improvement managers who combine strategic thinking with operational excellence. We're a collaborative group that thrives on solving complex challenges and driving innovation in the last-mile delivery space. Our team maintains a startup mindset while leveraging Amazon's scale to create lasting impact. We value diverse perspectives and are passionate about mentoring and developing our team members as we continue to grow and expand our program globally.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business or equivalent
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership while working cross functionally across several teams
- Experience with pricing and selection strategy
- Experience in customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, conjoint/trade-off modeling
- Experience in vehicle rental, fleet management, mobility services, or marketplace platforms
Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit https://amazon.jobs/content/en/how-we-hire/accommodations for more information. Project Manager
myGwork · Madrid, ES
. Scrum
This job is with Kyndryl, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. Please do not contact the recruiter directly.
Who We Are
At Kyndryl, we run and reimagine the mission-critical technology systems that drive advantage for the world's leading businesses. We are at the heart of progress; with proven expertise and a continuous flow of AI-powered insight, enabling smarter decisions, faster innovation, and a lasting competitive edge. For our people-Kyndryls-that means doing purposeful work that powers human progress. Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.
The Role
Kyndryl Project Managers oversee the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget. You'll be the driving force for every aspect of a program's success, and the "conductor" who orchestrates everyone's efforts to make beautiful music together. As the single point of contact to the client, you'll also be the living embodiment of Kyndryl's reputation every day.
As Project Manager, you have command of a very full and detail-oriented calendar. You'll be constructing detailed project plans, managing teams, and leading meetings, status calls, and planning and cadence meetings. You will analyze and mitigate risks, manage finances, make sure the team has the right skills, then plan and delegate activity to hit deadlines, deliver on SLAs, and generally delight our clients. Of course, plans often evolve as a project unfolds, so you'll need to practice continuous structural thinking and take ownership for value delivery, not just task scheduling.
But as important as planning and organization are, communication is 90% of the job. You're the single point of contact with the client, partners, and all stakeholders, supporting them and ensuring they get what they need. You're also the bridge to every other team on the project, including both technical and account roles. The result is an exciting multicultural, often multilingual environment. Bottom line: You need to like interactions with other people and know how to be kind and empathetic but also assertive - and handle customer change requests with diplomacy.
You're going to be meeting a lot of people, networking, and forging relationships. Our "one team with the customer" concept means you'll develop especially strong partnerships with the client and elsewhere. Some projects or clients even involve "embedding" with the client at their location. This puts more visibility on you personally, but it also gives you more opportunity to add value to the relationship. This is one of the things Kyndryls love about working here. It's a great way to hone your service and people skills, and it lays the groundwork for career growth both laterally and vertically.
Your future at Kyndryl
Becoming a Project Manager at Kyndryl is an excellent gateway to many different paths. You'll be creating a well-rounded skillset while gaining professional certifications and qualifications. You can evolve horizontally into other technical or non-technical areas such as Technical Service Architect, or you can move vertically to become a senior project manager or program manager. There are many different types and flavors of PM roles, so everyone can find the opportunity that suits them best.
Who You Are
You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused - someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.
Required Technical And Professional Experience
- SCRUM or Project Management skills
- Basic TI knowledge (architectural)
- Organization and planning skills
- Teamwork with "one team" philosophy
- Fluent in English (written and verbal - OR OTHER RELEVANT LANGUAGE, AS NEEDED)
- MS Project or other Project Management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
The "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities. We focus on ensuring all Kyndryls feel included and we welcome people of all cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. Even if you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. We believe in growth, and we're excited to see what you can bring. At Kyndryl, employee feedback has told us that our number one driver of employee engagement is belonging. That sense of belonging - being a valued, respected, trusted member of the team - is fundamental to our culture and fueling great experiences for our customers. This dedication to welcoming everyone into our company means that Kyndryl gives you the ability to thrive and contribute to our culture of empathy and shared success. That's The Kyndryl Way.

We're here to champion your journey.
