For our European Marketing Center, located in Vitoria-Gasteiz, we are looking for an

TÉCNICO/A SOPORTE ADMINISTRATIVO/A

He/she will be joining a dynamic marketing team and in particular he/she will:

• Prepare and process internal and external documents
• Classify, record, and file documents
• Create and update databases, as well as prepare and organize reports, documents, and forms
• Update information in computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases

For this position we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person with studies in business administration.

Also required:

• Fluent speaking and writing skills in English.
• Good communication skills.
• Office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team working capabilities and proactive attitude for learning and progressing.
• Creativity and flexibility to work in a multinational marketing team.
