Key Responsibilities

• Welcomes and assists guests with a warm and authentic check-in and check-out experience, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
• Assists with reservations, amendments, and guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing dynamic, friendly, and professional service.
• Supports the front office team by maintaining accurate records and registration cards and assisting in the creation of profiles for our ‘Pacha-Lovers.’
• Provides information about Destino Five Ibiza’s offerings, services, and local hotspots, ensuring guests feel connected and informed.
• Handles simple guest requests with enthusiasm and professionalism, from booking taxis to providing recommendations for dining and entertainment.
• Assists in addressing guest concerns under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring professionalism and a positive guest experience.
• Participates in daily briefings and operations meetings, observing and learning from the vibrant flow of operations at Destino Five Ibiza.
• Adheres to The Pacha Group’s health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe and dynamic environment for guests and Tribe Members.
• Demonstrates familiarity with reception procedures and continually develops skills under the guidance of the front office team.
• Collaborates with the front office team to ensure seamless service delivery, embracing a hands-on approach with a passion for continuous learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Basic computer literacy, with familiarity or willingness to learn Word, Excel, Outlook, and Hotel PMS Systems, such as Opera.
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
• A positive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to learn and adapt in dynamic and fast-paced operational environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage seamlessly with guests, Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail, contributing positively to reception operations.
• A Professional, polished appearance, always adhering to The Pacha Group’s high standards and maintaining a vibrant, authentic presence.
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ spirit.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, in line with the rhythm of Destino Five Ibiza.
• Must hold the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.
• Personally settled on the island with accommodation already arranged is a must.
