Our Team is in hypergrowth and we are looking for a:

Airports Services & Customer Experience Specialist | Palma de Mallorca Airport

WHAT WILL YOU DO: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will join a dynamic team reporting directly to the International Airports Coordinator and you will take care of the following activities:

• WELCOMING & PEOPLE SERVICES MANAGEMENT:

when irregular operations occur at the airport and passengers and crews need our support and services.

• PASSEMGERS AND CREWS CARE

using empathy and active listening when attempting to find solutions to customer problems.

Other activities: internal reporting, daily briefings with Carriers and Handlers and any further day-by-day tasks.

WORKING HOURS

The job is organized in three shifts per day, all year long, with the aim of supporting airport and transportation operations, by providing assistance to airlines/ground handlers that may require our help at any time.
