Role Overview
Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We're on the hunt for a Supply Chain & Admin Support specialist to become the backbone of our operations in Bilbao. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly, from managing SIM and hardware orders to ensuring our customers get exactly what they need, exactly when they need it. You'll be working closely with various internal teams, from customer service to logistics, to keep our operations slick and efficient. Reporting to Administration and logistics manager, you'll be a key player in our energetic Bilbao team, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and external carriers.
Your Daily Quest (Key Responsibilities):🌎
- Prepare and dispatch customer orders for SIMs and hardware, ensuring everything is spot-on and gets out the door on time.
- Track shipments like a pro, coordinating with carriers to iron out any delivery bumps and keep customers in the loop.
- Manage inventory and packaging supplies, making sure we're always stocked up and our warehouse is organised.
- Handle SIM activations and other order requirements, ensuring all technical details are covered.
- Triage incoming support tickets, prioritising urgent requests and directing them to the right team to meet those all-important SLA timelines.
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, or administrative support.
- Fantastic organisational skills with a knack for effective prioritisation in a busy environment.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to confidently work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills for smooth coordination with carriers and engaging with our awesome customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to manage data and create reports.
- Enthusiastic Problem Solver – You approach challenges with energy and a proactive mindset, always finding smart solutions!

- Optimise Order Fulfilment: Implement new best practices for shipment tracking and packaging to significantly increase productivity and reduce delivery issues.
- Enhance Customer Communication: Develop and maintain a proactive communication strategy for shipment statuses
- Streamline Inventory Management: Establish a robust system for managing packaging supplies and product restocking, ensuring optimal stock levels and warehouse organisation.
