Purpose of the Role

As an Account Executive, you will be the main point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses looking to grow through our advertising platform. You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through self-driven prospecting and outreach, while also converting qualified leads generated by the BDR team. Your mission is to understand each client's business goals, present tailored advertising strategies, and drive revenue growth by turning prospects into long-term advertising partners.

• Proactively identify, research, and prospect high-potential SMB accounts through self-driven outbound outreach, including cold calls and emails, in addition to working on leads qualified by the BDR team
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach or first pitch meeting through to deal closure
• Present tailored  advertising strategies to SMB clients, aligning solutions such as Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, and Video Ads to their specific marketing objectives
• Build, maintain, and expand a portfolio of SMB advertising clients, ensuring long-term relationships and consistent revenue growth
• Understand clients' business goals, media objectives, and challenges, turning data and insights into compelling narratives that demonstrate our Client's value
• Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and remove any roadblocks to investment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce, including opportunities, activities, and revenue forecasts
• Collaborate closely with the BDR team, providing feedback to continuously improve lead quality and alignment on target accounts
  
  
  

• C2 level of Italian and C1 level of English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in digital advertising sales or B2B account management is strongly desirable
• Proven ability to self-prospect, build pipeline independently, and confidently pitch, negotiate, and close deals with business decision-makers
• Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting and cold outreach alongside managing an existing client portfolio
• Strong experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), analyzing customer data, and managing sales pipelines
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest Ads, Meta, Google Ads or similar) is a strong plus
• Clear and confident communicator, able to present complex solutions in a simple and compelling way
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a consistent track record of hitting revenue targets

• Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona

Account Executive - DACH Market

Location: Hybrid w/ office available in Barcelona

Salary: 100k OTE (50/50 + stock)

Please note this role requires a fluent/business level of German

An opportunity to join a high-performing sales team at a scale-up series A SaaS company. You will be part of the European new business sales function, targeting new clients and growing accounts across the DACH market

Role Overview: Join our Sales team and help establish us as the No. 1 Pricing Software in the DACH region by 2024. You'll engage in training, support market expansion, and drive sales growth through negotiations, business development, and participation in key industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage appointments and demonstrate our value proposition to prospects
• Represent the company at trade fairs and events
• Identify new business opportunities through outreach
• Analyse pipeline data and optimise sales strategies
• Achieve and exceed ARR targets with an incentivising bonus plan

Requirements:

• Native/Fluent level German and proficient English
• Proven sales experience (2+ years) as either an SDR or AE in SaaS, Software, or Services
• Data-driven mindset with strong organisational and productivity skills
• Team player with a goal-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales skills
