Desde Grupo Digital, buscamos un/a Product Owner (Banca) para trabajar con uno de nuestros grandes clientes.

Lugar de trabajo: Barcelona.

Modalidad: Híbrido.

Salario: 30 - 40.000€ brutos anuales (según experiencia).


Requisitos:

* Al menos 3 años de experiencia como Product Owner
* Experiencia en sector banca (muy valorable Tarjetas, Medios de Pago)
* Experiencia en Proyectos Digitales.

Who You Will Work With

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join My Porsche Team with the mission to build a cutting-edge mobile app that redefines how our customers interact with their luxury vehicles and lifestyle.

As part of the My Porsche ART, you will help build engaging experiences that keep customers connected from the moment of purchase to the delivery of their new vehicle, while also enabling them to discover and join exclusive brand events and experiences. The team is cross-functional and fully responsible for the product throughout its entire lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Work with internal stakeholders and end customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals. 
• Write and refine user stories, features, and epics. 
• Collaborate closely with product teams and stakeholders to communicate requirements, align dependencies and remove roadblocks.
• Lead the agile team and be the face in front of stakeholders, clients or users. 
• Own and manage product roadmap, product backlog, feature prioritization, and decision-making. 
• Set sprint and product increment goals for the team. 
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
• Coordinate with other (global & local) Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver on a vision that crosses multiple delivery streams or release train and fits the company portfolio. 
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product. 
• Manage capabilities and resources associated with the assigned digital products.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Owner in B2C or B2B2C products on top of other experiences as a project manager, marketing manager, or similar roles.
• Agile certification(s).
• Preferably experience in Mobile App development.
• Experience in working cross-functionally with a variety of different domains, i.e., Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
• Experience on large and complex environments where multiple teams / ARTs contribute to a single app build.
• Deep understanding and experience with agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SAFe methodology is a bonus.
• Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
• Product life-cycle and end to end delivery techniques.
• Successful track record of developing products within deadlines. 
• Excellent attention to detail and sharp analytical & problem-solving skills. 
• Creative and innovative thinker. 
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, that can be applied across a diverse set of audiences.
• Fluency in English is a must.
