Desde IT8 Software Engineering, buscamos una persona que se incorpore con nosotros como soporte al área de IT teniendo como misión principal garantizar la continuidad, la eficiencia y la seguridad del entorno tecnológico de la organización, siendo el facilitador clave de la funcionalidad de TI, la productividad de los usuarios y la fiabilidad de la infraestructura.

Las principales funciones a desarrollar serían:

Proporcionar asistencia técnica y servicios de ayuda. Ofrecer asistencia informática oportuna y eficaz a los usuarios internos, resolviendo problemas relacionados con el hardware, el software y los sistemas mediante asistencia remota o presencial.
Configurar cuentas de usuario y estaciones de trabajo. Configurar e implementar entornos de usuario, incluida la instalación de sistemas operativos, aplicaciones y hardware para nuevos empleados o personal existente.
Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos. Solucionar y resolver problemas relacionados con el hardware, el software, las redes, los sistemas y la conectividad para garantizar una interrupción mínima de las operaciones comerciales.
Configurar y mantener la infraestructura de TI. Gestionar los sistemas informáticos en red de la empresa, incluidos ordenadores portátiles, ordenadores de sobremesa, servidores (por ejemplo, Windows Server), plataformas de virtualización (por ejemplo, VMware vCenter), routers, conmutadores, cortafuegos, impresoras, teléfonos y puntos de acceso a Internet.
Supervisar el rendimiento y la estabilidad del sistema. Evaluar continuamente el rendimiento del sistema, identificando de forma proactiva posibles problemas para garantizar un tiempo de actividad, una seguridad y una eficiencia óptimos.
Garantizar el almacenamiento seguro de los datos y la realización de copias de seguridad periódicas. Implementar y supervisar los protocolos de protección de datos para garantizar que toda la información crítica se almacene y se copie de forma segura de acuerdo con la política de la empresa.
Realizar auditorías y verificaciones rutinarias del sistema. Realizar auditorías y revisiones programadas de los sistemas informáticos, incluidos los registros de copias de seguridad, para garantizar la integridad del sistema, el cumplimiento normativo y la preparación para la recuperación ante desastres.
Participar activamente en las actividades de supervisión y mejora continua del sistema, así como en la implementación de los requisitos.


¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en esta posición?

Formación: Formación Profesional en Informática o Licenciatura en Ingeniería Informática, Licenciatura en Tecnología y Servicios de Telecomunicaciones.
Experiencia en una posición similar entre 1-3 años.
Nivel de inglés mínimo B1.
Se valorará el conocimiento de los siguientes softwares: Office 365, MDM, Teamviewer, Windows Server.

Main tasks:

Senior GenAI Engineer

The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, preferably with experience in NLP, Generative AI, LLMs. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of AI technologies and experience in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI models and systems.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Experience: 3+ years in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, with hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI).
- Generative AI Expertise: Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, RAGs and experience with Agentic AI approaches.
- Frameworks & Tools: Proficiency with at least one framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, vector databases or equivalent for building AI applications.
- Programming & Engineering: Advanced skills in Python, following best software engineering practices including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
- API Development: Experience building APIs using Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
- NLP Skills: Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including tokenization, embeddings, and string similarity.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments for AI deployment.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.

Ideally, you´ll also have
- Trusted AI Practices: Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems.
- Deployment & Scalability: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other tools for deploying scalable AI models.
- Monitoring & Reliability: Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and performance tracking to ensure AI model reliability.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical AI solutions.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is growing rapidly, and we are looking for Data Center Technician Interns to join our expanding team.

This position involves hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair. All interns will be exposed to independent work and in a team. Work prioritization, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to react quickly are critical to being successful.

As an intern, you will participate in our 12-week internship program in Zaragoza Data Centers.

You MUST have access to your own transport.

Duties & Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to provide our internal workforce with infrastructure related support, resolving tickets related to HW (Motherboard, RAM, CPU, GPU, etc) and networking tickets (Link Down, Optics Replacements, Switch Replacements, etc).

In addition to hardware and network repair, interns will learn how to install equipment, create documentation, innovate solutions, and fix complex problems within the data centre space.

Duties include:

• Hardware troubleshoot in servers which are not live with an AWS technician´s supervision

• Understand the importance to meet SLA´s against assigned trouble tickets

• Follow the AWS technician´s during network troubleshooting

• Replace Media (SSD/HDD) according with AWS Data Tech guidance

• Perform regular server hardware repairs (drives, motherboards etc) under the guidance of experienced techs

• Interact with third party vendors & contractors who are working on site

Amazon internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 consecutive weeks. This position requires the intern to report to work onsite on a daily basis. Intern schedules are typically day schedules, Monday-Friday. A full-time position as a Data Centre Tech could involve day, evening, or weekend shifts and on-call rotations.

Amazon does not sponsor for immigration, including for H-1B, TN, and other non-immigrant visas, for this role. Candidates must hold the right to work in Spain before or by the commencement of the internship.
