Here's what our recruitment process looks like:

• Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a short virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and ensure we have the right job for you.
• Interviews: (The average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your manager, of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about your experience and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. You will also get to know Amaris Consulting: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
• Case Study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, or a problem-solving scenario.

Your missions

• Qualify and handle hiring needs transmitted by managers.
• Conduct pre-selection qualification meetings via phone calls.
• Monitor and follow up on the recruitment process.
• Source and directly approach candidates on job boards and social networks.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline and network.
• Act as a point of contact and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Benchmark and improve recruitment processes.
• Optimize job offer content for better candidate engagement.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance recruitment strategy.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Curious and proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong communication and team-player skills.
• Service-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with AI generative tools is a plus.
