Check Point is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Channel Leader to drive our channel strategy and execution across Western Europe, covering Central Europe, Southern Europe, Northern Europe, and the UK & Ireland.
In this senior leadership role, you will oversee a regional channel ecosystem of over 200 professionals, including channel managers, partner account teams, and supporting functions. You will be accountable for shaping and executing our channel go-to-market strategy, strengthening our partner network, and accelerating growth through a world-class partner ecosystem.
As a key member of our Global Channel leadership team, you will report directly to the President of Channel Worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large-scale channel organization of 200+ professionals across Central Europe, Southern Europe, Northern Europe, and the UK & Ireland.
- Own the regional channel strategy and execution, ensuring strong partner performance and alignment with overall business goals.
- Develop and implement regional go-to-market initiatives to expand our partner ecosystem, increase market share, and drive sustained revenue growth.
- Strengthen and scale relationships with key partners, including resellers, distributors, MSSPs, and strategic alliances.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams in marketing, operations, sales, and product to support partner enablement and joint business planning.
- Establish clear performance frameworks that promote a high-performance, partner-centric culture driven by accountability and continuous improvement.
- Represent Check Point externally with senior partner executives, industry leaders, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading large, multi-level channel or partner organizations of 200+ employees in a global or regional capacity.
- Strong understanding of the Western European channel landscape, including regional differences, partner maturity models, and go-to-market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant channel-driven revenue, including managing complex partner ecosystems and scaling programs at regional level.
- Background in cybersecurity or high-tech software preferred, with deep knowledge of partner sales motions.
- Track record of building scalable channel strategies, enabling partner growth, and motivating diverse cross-regional teams.
- Excellent executive presence with strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution while fostering collaboration and high performance.
