What We Do

Your new role

You will be joining our global pool of strategy Consultants. While being located in Madrid, you will lead international projects as our teams work in partnership across the world.

Working from the Madrid office as a Manager you will primarily be responsible for the management and delivery of projects, however you will also make a significant contribution to business development activities.

You will also play a significant role in the career development and mentoring of project teams, as well as line-management of team members.

The nature of our projects is extremely varied, and includes strategy formulation and execution, M&A / due diligence support, business planning and regulatory work.

Your activities

• Managing and delivering projects across the Telecommunication, Media & Technology industries
• Managing a diverse range of project types across a range of different geographies
• Controlling and optimising resources and costs in the delivery of projects
• Identifying and resolving key issues in complex client projects, as well as developing frameworks for project solving
• Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support project delivery and sales.
• Building attributable client relationships based on the breadth and depth of your telecoms, media and technology expertise
• Proactively influencing high levels of performance from project teams
• Developing and mentoring project teams and sector members, as well as line-managing team members
  
  

Your Skills And Education

• Extensive experience in consulting with a TMT focus
• Existing project management/leadership experience
• Experience of strategy, design & implementation in the TMT environment
• Experience of business planning for TMT companies
• Experience of client management including being the client’s primary point of contact throughout an engagement
• Involvement in business development activities including production of proposal documents, sales meetings with clients, and identifying potential sales opportunities relating to project work
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with advanced Excel skills
• Excellent university degree from a leading global educational institution
