Job Title: Sales & Education Manager (Spain)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Education Manager based in Madrid. This role is pivotal in supporting the sales function, driving business growth, and ensuring excellence in training and education across the Iberian market. The Sales & Education Manager will work closely with internal teams, retail partners, and external stakeholders to maximize sales performance while delivering impactful training that inspires, educates, and elevates brand knowledge and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Partner with the UK HQ commercial team to achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth in the Iberian market.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance by supporting retailers with effective sales strategies and activations.
- Monitor sales data, analyse performance trends, and recommend initiatives to optimize results.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store management.
- Collaborate with brand manager in market to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns and launches.
Education & Training
- Deliver and evaluate comprehensive training programs for retail staff.
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand values, product knowledge, service excellence, and selling techniques.
- Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring confidence and passion for the brand across all training touchpoints
- Regularly assess training effectiveness and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Provide feedback from the field to support product development, campaign planning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support new launches through impactful sales and education initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a sales and/or education role, ideally within beauty.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience delivering training programs both in-person and digitally.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and drive performance.
- Fluency in Spanish and English required (written and spoken).
- Based in Madrid with flexibility to travel within Spain as needed.
